It was a pleasure to work with Frank. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The experience was stress free and easy.
Tina MNo one was there to pick up truck. I had to spend 45 minutes to check in on line If I was told no one would be there (they said they would be there until 4) I would have had most of the on line things completre befor I showed up. The windows were filty dirty and the windshield cleaner in truck was empty
george pOnline pickup is a nightmare. Why does it ask me to input all my information at check in and not when i am making the reservation?????

TAYLOR BLocation did not have the furniture covers or the moving dolly I ordered. They replaced it with an appliance dolly which was too big and cumbersome.
FRANK FFrank was the most helpful of all U Haul people i dealt with in trying to schedule. I would definately recommend this location to anyone in need of a U Haul.

Francis AInform the customer when they make a reservation weeks ahead of time to ensure a truck that one way not be available. This move was temporary will be moving permanently in 2 months will not use uhaul again.
