Take trucks on a maintenance run before next rental. Last truck 26' I rented pulled slightly to the right. Long move was not worry free.

This location helped to accommodate our needs, being that 2 U-haul distributors prior had either not shown up at all or didn't have the trucks needed. Capistrano Self storage were Incredibly supportive! A big thanks to you!

I was lied too, I was overcharged 240$ called U-Haul 1-800 number was on the phone holding for 15 minutes total call took about 25 minutes, argued with the GM from the Haltom City location. Was told that I couldn’t go back and pick up the trailer and take back to Midland to avoid the charge I felt the call was very unprofessional the GM offered me 50$ off and that was very unacceptable. Hopefully someone from corporate will call me to resolve this issue.

When we left on our trip, the back lights werent working. We were still in El paso and had to call roadside assistance and the man assigned to us refused to go help us until the next day. We had to drive all the way to phoenix with no trailer lights before anyone could help us. And were stuck there for 5 hours before we finally got it fixed. Dont have a problem with uhaul other than the guy who refused to help us. He should be fired. We almost missed our daughters college graduation over it.
