Rented truck from another site. Info other than reservation number was entered so- no truck available. Was referred to Capital U Haul across town who were most gracious AND had a box truck.

I end up driving over 40min to pick up another truck near Frankfurt KY. And person on call was not even polite and not supportive. I was hoping you inform the customer prior to any delays or changes. Second have friendly staff specially when the mistake is from Uhall side

Benjamin R.Capital Self-Storage was wonderful, but my experience prior to finding a truck from Capital was awful. I had reserved, online and then through text-message confirmations, a UHaul truck at Tread Pro, at 970 Louisville Road, Frankfort, KY, for noon on Saturday, March 27. I get to Tread Pro at 11:50am. The place is closed, there are no trucks out in the parking lot. Nothing, at all. Even though I had reserved a truck a week ahead of time. After calling three other UHaul places nearby (none of which ever answered the phone), I finally reached Capital Self Storage. Darrell L.Truck was below E on gas gauge. I shifted to a smaller truck that had multiple songs on it. The text message to document it was delayed by 10 minutes. Interior of truck was dirty. Ashley at counter was trying to take care of it but check I. Was overalll much slower than it should have been. I was 44 minutes late getting to my destination due to having to get gas along with other delays. Check in of the truck when I brought it back took almost 15 minutes taking pictures of everything and documenting condition. Overall a decent value but could have been a much better experience overall.
john P.The attendant was very nice and the vehicle was clean, however, the computer wasn't working so I had to wait 30 minutes and ended up doing it via phone to another location. The tire was low and all the attendant offered was to give me a dollar for air. I wasn't sure the vehicle was safe and didn't want to get stranded with a flat tire, but I needed the vehicle. On my way to drop the vehicle off the next day the traction service light came on.

Not only did they find a missing earring and get it back to me, I watchEd them work with other customers and their customer service was top notch. I've gone to two other U-Haul places around the area and I won't again. This is my spot and I'll certainly recommend them to others and personally use their services again.
