Equipment was very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and quick getting me taken care of, out the door and on the road. Facility itself if very clean and very well kept. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

FRED RIt appeared to be in coos condition, however, 5 minutes in the drive the back right tire completely shredded off. We had to pull off the shoulder and get on Versailles Road to pick up rubber tire. It would have caused major damage for another car to hit it. The car bounced around like we had a flat but it wat rotting tire tread and we ran over it. Threw my furniture all over and scratched a few dresser drawers. Im asking for a partial credit for out bad experience and scratched furniture due to rotten tire. The company was supposed to call me yesterday and nothing. Poor customer service from corporate! Still waiting on the call to discuss my refund.

Julian VThe trucks could use a better maintenance schedule. The battery on my rental died just as I finished loading up for a move across town. Luckily, it was resolved within a few hours with Roadside Assistance.

Lauren VThere was a pack of m&ms left under the seat of the U-Haul. My dog ate what was left of them and is now sick from the chocolate. So I am pretty pissed about that. There were also Starbucks napkins stuffed into the seatbelt holder. The truck should have been cleaned out. We did when we were done. Not to mention the confusion about the truck and tow dolly and that no one knew how to put the tow dolly on. And honestly, not all of the blame goes to this location. There was a severe lack of communication between the company, us(the consumer), and the two different locations I was at.

Cindy HAshley and Rebecca were very friendly and made the rental process a joy. I would tell anyone that renting a u-haul from this location is a must in Frankfort. You will not go away unhappy and you will have a good feel for your cost before you leave.
JOHN BReduce prices and / or include something as basic as a dolly. Have truck ready when it should be. Include a lock for the back so people's valuables are safe. Update descriptions to accurately reflect their size.
