Truck was below E on gas gauge. I shifted to a smaller truck that had multiple songs on it. The text message to document it was delayed by 10 minutes. Interior of truck was dirty. Ashley at counter was trying to take care of it but check I. Was overalll much slower than it should have been. I was 44 minutes late getting to my destination due to having to get gas along with other delays. Check in of the truck when I brought it back took almost 15 minutes taking pictures of everything and documenting condition. Overall a decent value but could have been a much better experience overall.

The attendant was very nice and the vehicle was clean, however, the computer wasn't working so I had to wait 30 minutes and ended up doing it via phone to another location. The tire was low and all the attendant offered was to give me a dollar for air. I wasn't sure the vehicle was safe and didn't want to get stranded with a flat tire, but I needed the vehicle. On my way to drop the vehicle off the next day the traction service light came on.

Billed me for inaccurate fuel return. Returned the U-Haul on full and stated it was on a half of tank. The hassle to try and dispute that I returned it as I received it is disappointing

The girls that work behind the counter were fantastic. Not only did they find a missing earring and get it back to me, I watchEd them work with other customers and their customer service was top notch. I've gone to two other U-Haul places around the area and I won't again. This is my spot and I'll certainly recommend them to others and personally use their services again.

Sometimes the person is so busy they forget about a dolly so I think it should automatically be included in the rental
