Capital Rentals was awesome, amazing customer service and very helpful!

Upon arrival, there was no one in the store. After waiting approx. 10 minutes, I called the location and the representative came in to answer the phone. He did move the unit from a tight parking space before turning it over to me. The Uhaul I received was very smelly and dirty inside. The on-line confirmation only asks about the condition of the unit on the outside. Upon arrival where we were moving g from, did we open the back and discovered it smelled and was very dirty. I called the store and they said someone had used the u it prior and got tar in the back. It was disappointing as there were also other units available. I should have been offered one of those. They did not offer to compensate me in any way.

Rental store was not open on Saturday at 9:00am Started truck and it had 37 miles until gas was empty Trouble removing key from ignition Gear shift was not smooth when moving into gears. Online pickup is difficult I would not suggest this location to anyone!!! Customer service was very helpful

Traveled 15 miles in 10ft truck, put 2 gallon of fuel in vehicle immediately before returning. Gas level was higher than I picked it up. Was charged $10 for 2 gallons of gas. I have photo of gas gauge above 7/8 in its return parking spot. Dishonest fee assessment.

The truck was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my neck and back so bad that I returned the truck around 5pm on the same day. The truck wobbled on the highway. That is not safe. Please remove older trucks like this from your fleet. It is unfair that I have to pay for a truck that I could not use.
