When back they said my truck ready got the keys and left got home and didn't have the a My dolls in the truck I called and they said they didn't have them there. So there 2 more reservations I did get. So 3 reservations I didn't get in 2 day and y'all

Don't waste your time with RPM Tire!!! Shane/Car City went the extra mile to make sure we had a trailer. We will definitely send friends & family to Car City/UHaul. Excellent customer service (hands down) and friendly staff!!!

LISA RUKOSKYI'm supposed to pick up my truck at 12am no access to keys in lock box. The site says wait till 9an ... what the fuck.. sit in the truck 9 fkn hrs.!!!!!! After an airplane from SC. Over 30 minutes wait for a representative on 24,7 lines, yes 2 at 1 time. I'm passed off beyond words can say!!!!!!!

EDWARD VANHOYI ordered a dolly to use when moving my things and it was not included in the truck at pickup. I needed to extend my reservation because it took too long to load due to no dolly and I was not refunded for the rental fee. It was a relatively easy pick up and drop off, the van was clean and well maintained, but I tried to correct this issue by calling UHAUL corporate, and no adjustment was issued.
Aleccia WrightThe pickup location was great. Our car broke down while pulling a trailer on the way home from vacation, so a uhaul was the cheapest option (there were no rentals available in the area). The truck did have a strong smoke smell, but worked just fine. Our biggest disappointment was we were told when we rented it that it was setup to dropoff at any location. However, we continued to get texts from customer service that we needed to call to setup drop off location. We called and were told that they wanted us to drop it off at a specific location that had reservations/waitlist, so the truck could be rented. I said I was willing to do what I could, but preferred a drop off location closer to home (they were closed on Sunday). The response from the customer service associate...."I thought you would be willing to help us out so we can get it rented". I'm willing to do what I can, and we did end up taking it to that location, but man, that was disappointing. After the car breaking down, and the unexpected uhaul fees, we just wanted to get home. Would have been nice if she offered to help us out too and give us a credit on our account. Oh well, is what it is.

CONRAD LEACHThe truck I rented had problems. A vibration at 25 to 35. It wandered on the highway. It shook at 70. The headlights weren't adjusted so you could see at night. The windshield washer on the driver side sprayed off to the left and completely missed the windshield.

CHARLES HOLMESClerk who filed our reservation made a mistake with the pickup date. This created hours and hours of frustration and difficulty. Wait on time on your Customer Service Go U-Haul was most difficult to maneuver. Know it was just an error so we will use Car City again. Only did the evaluation honestly for this one time. Car City is usually excellent too.
