Outstanding customer service
kenneth LDid not look like a drop off location, when I missed the turn there was no location to turn around the truck ( 26') nearby. When entering the location was greeted immediately and professionally by a worker to move the truck. That was necessary because there was no room to go anywhere and was difficult to manuveur are second vehicle to get out of the lot.

Kevin lContact person was rude. Didn't bother to really read my contract, that I had an extra day. This caused unnecessary stress. He tried to rush us out the door before having everything finalized. I would not refer anyone to this location

Karen SMake sure the brake and signal light works on both side. Had to take this unit no other options and the guy who hooked it up said it was ok. So I drove with no signal or brake light for the right side of the trailer. Also be upfront with the automatic charges when returning. I cleaned it out and was still charged 15.00.
Richard IClosest office did not have a tow dolly but located one nearby and reserved for me. Got there hooked up and gone in 15 min. Same quick service when returning. The interconnect system worked great and will look to Uhaul every time.

Enrique BZERO signage outside the building saying this was a UHaul drop off location. Obviously only in it for the money. Very narrow ally to drive to the back of the lot then I had to let their agent drive my truck because they wanted it back into a spot. I had to park about 0,5 miles away from my hotel just so I could park without backing in. I have driven tailers with boats, and motorcycle almost all my life. I know how to do it I just did not feel comfortable doing it with youir trailer it was not in the best of shape. You should not make the customer do this. Let us drop it off and then you can move it where ever you want to . This is a big inconvenience to the customer.

John RThe trailer leaked in the rain, we had to spend hours repacking the load to avoid damage to our wood furniture. That trailer is old and leaky, it should be fixed or removed from service. We would like a refund of our rental fees paid.

Luisa athis was not the original drop location. when we arrived at Boo Boo's discount he refused to let us drop off trailer. he said he had too many, wasn't getting enough rental business, and he had been turning everyone away all day. he then told us to call the 800 number and see if customer service would find us somewhere else to drop it off. wait time was an hour ( we never got through although another customer who was refused drop off minutes earlier was told there wasn't anywhere nearby to drop it off. we made calls ourselves and we're lucky to be told we could drop it off. i don't know what we would have done had this other place not accepted the trailer. we had just driven 750 miles ( that other guy drove 2400 miles) and needed to return the trailer so we wouldn't be late returning trailer and my friend could drive back home. Something needs to be done about this drop off location that refuses returns! it was very stressful and inconvenient.

Karen SNothing. You guys helped me out BIG by renting me the trailer I desperately needed after hours. I was over 250 miles from home, and needed to get the 1 200 lbs mower home, or else I would have had to spend the night at a motel, etc. IOU guys!!
Michael PVery unprofessional behavior. Not friendly at all. Told me truck was a mess. The truck was not. Would not recommend this location to anyone
Tracey CAlmost 24 hours after the truck and trailer were dropped off we got a call from UHaul saying that we were late returning then. Apparently Car Time has not processed the return yet. They were busy with their automotive side of the business.
