they dont understand family emerencies or how some people try calling and no one answers and they bitch at me for my child dropping my phone which hung up on then and then i got a call to go tell my father good bye because he is died now and could not be there because you guys must not understand fucking family and when you get told unlimited miles and didnt get told we couldnt take out of town that is why we rented the fucking thing like shit. so i will not be telling anyone to use uhaul and i wont rent there again.

RHONDA SThey said there was 3/4 tank of gas in the truck. It needed to be filled up to 3/4 tank when we brought it back. When I got in the truck amd down tje road I noticed it had 1/4 tank of gas in it to start wirh. I wish I had looked at the gas gage before I left.

Amy GBusiness said it was open on Saturday until 3. Arrived around 10 in the morning to drop it off and no one was around, so had to figure out the check out on the app. Got it done but was very inconvient as it took awile with the poor cell phone reception in the area!

GREGORY EGot called to a job in the middle of renting a U-Haul had to bring it back at a different location and U-Haul is trying to charge me $240. Life happens.

Kenny Zinnel has to be in my experience of renting literally hundreds of U-Haul trucks over the years the best employee of U haul I've ever had the pleasure of working with! The guys at Cardinal Storage in Fort Dodge Iowa go above and beyond every time to make my experience with U-Haul top notch. Merci.
paul BIce melt the areas customers need to walk to use the app to take pictures at pickup. I slipped and fell hard.
TRICIA RThere was nothing wrong with the U-Haul. Everything worked just like it should. The thing that was beyond frustrating was when we went to return the U-Haul, they wanted pictures of each side, the inside, the back, and the front. Our pictures wouldn't load. We sat around for an hour waiting for them to load and never would. It was beyond frustrating and honestly a waste of time. That's the only thing I would change. Otherwise wasn't a bad deal.

GREGORY EDropped off after hours so no personnel were there to be helpful. App drop off process was easy to use but this location had little to no phone reception so uploading the required pictures was frustrating. Otherwise, this whole process was much better than expected.
