I had a reservation already made, but that wasn't accessible in the application, so I made another at the time of pickup. It worked fine, but even after being in the system and previously entering all of my data, it asked for an awful lot of pictures. Overall it worked very well. Great vehicle and super convenient.

Lesie eImprove the parking lot where the equipment is located. Due to a recent snow storm, the lot was covered with snow making it difficult to find a location with which to park the trailer. I understand that this may not be a regular problem as it usually doesn't snow this much in this part of VA.
Thomas PThe off hour pickup through the app is completely useless. I have tried using it at least three times, and it never works. I will not be trying it again and will explore other options besides UHaul due to my poor experience with that process.

FREDERIC MThis was the closet location to my house and, yet it was almost 30 miles away. I had to pay a mileage overage due to this distance. Not sure that this was fair. U-Haul should reduce the rate for this mileage or include additional mileage in the cost of the truck.

GLENNALAN MWe dropped off the truck on Sunday. September 27, 2023 at around 11am dropping the keys in the drop box. When calling in to confirm, I was told the status showed the truck was never checked in. In speaking with Brittany from customer service, she placed me on hold after I informed her of what was happening; she called the drop off location to ask if the truck was there and they did confirm it was. It seemed however the workers at the Kinsale location did not check the truck in, this was now Tuesday, September 29, 2023. We were originally charged having a receipt for $500 plus when we picked up the truck. We were again charged an additional $400 plus on Friday, September 30. I have used Uhaul several times in the past and have never had any issue until now

Brandon WUnfortunately the U-Haul Truck rented air conditioner was not working, there was a leak in Granny's Attic and the passenger windshield wiper flipped, flopped and spun around. The U-Haul Agents Kimberly and Javier provided OUTSTANDING customer service throughout this process. Waiting on response from Matt in regards to an adjustment for the malfunctioning equipment experienced with this rental. Merci.

David PI rented a truck for a one way trip that would take about three hours at the most . I rented this truck on Jan.5,2023 I did not have to return the truck until Jan. 7,2023 ? I did not want to rent a truck for that length of time , because I knew that I only needed the truck for just three hours . I feel that I did not have any other choice , other than to pay for two extra day that i did not use ? this is not the frist time that I had to pay for extra days that I did not need to use a truck , from your company .

DAVID PThis was not the location that I reserved, and I had to drive an hour and a half out of my way just to get the size trailer I had reserved. It was very inconvenient and it would have been nice if I had known the trailer I needed would not be available at the location I chose.

Robert SStore was closed, even though they supposedly had Saturday hours. This location was 90 MILES from where I wanted to pick up the truck; a distance further than I planned to use the truck, App did not work for over an hour, phone call to U-Haul hung up after 45 minutes with no response. No one available at the shop or at it's phone number, and we were not the only ones trying to retrieve a truck.
