Joyce CunninghamHi the assistant was friendly but your app was not operating properly and it took a long time to try to complete your inspection for your property it was long and time consuming and I had the same issue with the return as far as loading the pictures. Please find a better method to check in and out and please make sure your vehicles are serviced properly because the brakes weren't functioning properly which was a major safety issue.

KATRINA PHILLIPSThis is not a location specific comment but overall U-Haul comment. I think it should be required that all trucks have a back up camera or 2person operated. There is ZERO visibility when backing up, it's very dangerous.

Catherine LandDon't charge customers for equipment they didn't rent or use. I was charged for both a utility cart and moving blankets, did not use not break the seal on either item on the truck. I was informed it was an issue with U-Haul. So now I have to spend some of my time to call and fix a problem the guy that rented the truck to us refused to do.

SANDRA INTRATORIt took the man 45 minutes to check me in, stopped halfway to argue with another customer who walked in after me about a key. I had to ask him to finish my check in so I could leave. I asked if the two utility dollies and the furniture dolly was in the truck, he said yes and when I checked there was no furniture dolly. I went back inside and he was just like oh yeah we don't have those. Made my move very hard. The customer service agent I talked to about extending my rental was so nice though!! Great customer service.
