Do not overcharge them. You charged me for 30 miles at $ 0,79 a mile that I did not drive.

My past 2 experiences with U-Haul have been horrible. The young lady that is the manager of the Bessemer Rd location (I'm not sure if she's still there) was the absolute rudest person I've ever dealt with and the customer service at the Carolyn's tire location isn't much better and the truck was very dirty in the cab area.

The gentleman there was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is that it was tough to see it as I approached. Perhaps a sign near the roadside would help.

The truck that I leased was clean and looked good. However, the driving condition was horrible. The unit needs some serious maintenance work. The steering was horrible, it was a constant battle keeping the truck in my lane. The unit needs a wheel alignment and probably a new set of tires.

The transmission was not operating properly when you take your foot off the gas it takes the truck a while to go in gear it also needs a tune up because it used a lot of gas I noticed that I was charged for some type of insurance but I didn’t authorize that but I guess he get a percentage for the charges the truck needs to be taken out of service but I assure you that I will not be renting from them again it is convenient to my house but I am willing to go out of my way for better service and better equipment

The guy lied about it being on half a tank of gas when actually it wasn’t then he double dipped on my card saying that I went over 35 miles and when I told him I only went to pick up the furniture, dropped it off to new location then drove it back to the company with more than a half a tank of gas and when I called the guy about it he was very argumentative and then he hung up in my face and never refunded the extra money they took out of my account.

Gentlemen that assisted with rental process were polite. Location was an old tire store...not very clean.

Reserved in town truck but the afternoon prior they called and said my truck was a town over . So I was charged more due to mileage. The location they sent me to looked fresh out of Texas chainsaw massacre. Never again will I use them. Customer service was an absolute joke. No help what so ever !!

Original drop off location was not open at 9am as advertised and I could not leave a message because the mail box was full. I tried four other location in the area before finding one that would take the dolly.

I was not allowed to rent an auto transport because the "area manager" was coming to pick the one at this location up. So I had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to pick one up. When I returned my rental the auto transport was still there. I had already been inconvenienced due to the website sending me to someone's house instead of an actual uhaul site. The gentleman that rented the truck was fantastic and empathetic to my experience. But the whole ordeal threw my day 2 hours off schedule. It was a bad situation that feels like could have largely been avoided. I checked in prior to my arrival and uhaul still cost me valuable time while charging me full price.

Our pick up location was moved to this place the day before. We had a 7:30 am pick up. The store did not open until 8:00 and the employees were 10 minutes late arriving. This was a terrible experience.

The staff person was not very friendly and although it is a tire place, it doesn't take two people to put on two tires. We waited about twenty five to thirty minutes to be helped. There were no apologies or a friendly smile not even when we pulled up. Nor was there acknowledgement of us being there. I had to approach and ask questions.

The representative had a very nasty attitude and very unprofessional!!! The transmission kept skipping and I was charged $29,99 for a $19,95 truck, but I needed truck do I took it. Then I googled Map mileage went straight therer came back and brought back truck and it was charged double for miles. Representative got snobbish and walked off. I will never use him again!!! He already had attitude before I got truck, but I needed truck so I looked over hire rudeness!!!

Clean out the cab and sanitize the truck it smelled like a pack of cigarettes ashes everywhere if o wasn't in a emergency need for the truck i would have found another company to go with.

The young man was great I had a very good experience.

The smell in the office was overbearing; I had to stand outside the office or risk feeling nauseous. I had to wait about 15 to get the paperwork started; I drove 4,5 hours to remove 2 storage units within a short period of time and a 4,5 drive back some time was crucial to me. Having another employee would have sped up the check out process but overall it was a good experience.

Once Again, Despite the fact that the Location Select to Pick Up the Truck from Didn't Have the 10' Truck, Uhaul Customer Service Allowed me to Get a 15' Truck at No Added Cost . Also, I was contacted by Email dictating the Exact Amount being Refunding To My Debit Card because of the Utility Dolly Not Being Available at that Location ( My Fuel Level Was Ok And I Didn't Exceed My Mileage !!! ).

I was charged for gas even though we put the right amount in before returning the truck. We have a picture to prove it and they said it was taken from the side so they can't tell. I'm not sure why they think we would not put the correct amount of gas in if we know that the fuel charge could be added and possiblely cost more than putting gas in it. It's at a horrible location as well. We waiting 30 minutes to get the truck because they were working on cars.

The rental location itself wasnt half bad. I was mostly dissapointed in Uhaul as a whole. My reservation location was moved and I was not given notice the night before like uhaul promises. Instead , my original rental time was 10 AM and I got a call that morning at 8 AM saying that my truck is going to be at another location and I cant pick it up until 2PM.
