Angel CruzThey were not open at 8 am. Door said 9. And since my location was switched across town, it took me an extra hour out of NY day just to get to this location. Super inconvenient. Also street location is on is supper busy with impatient people to be able to maneuver a trailer in their conjested parking lot. The upside is the people in the shop were friendly
Kyle IsakTruck was left with only 5/8 tank of gas. I ordered furniture pads and got none. Air condition was broke. I had to drive 12hrs with no air in over 90 degree temps. Worst experience I ever had. I should of used enterprise like I wanted to. They are much better then uhaul and after all expenses they're the same price.

william frankThe engine tapped like it was going to throw a rod at any moment. The Trans didn't shift very well going up a small hill it would only go 25mph! Besides that the location and the person who rented me the truck was good

Philip SalenI was overcharged and had difficulty getting the matter corrected because I had to call the 800 number and was on hold for a very long time during my working hours. Was unable to return on my phone. I called the 800 number and was told they could not help me and to just put the key in the drop box. I had the uHaul for less than 24 hours and was charged for three day. I'm on hold for 15 minutes now trying to take care of the matter.
Constance White-JohnsonEnsure there is enough space to get the rental out from it's spot, have more hours added to live in person customer assistance, have a Uhaul sign posted so that customers can see where the rental location is located.

ANTHONY AZCUIDIAZVehicle was at a different location than originally indicated. The mobile check in process took almost 30 min to complete, and the final invoice isn't what was stated when signing for the vehicle.

When my husband brought the trailer home before packing he checked the tire pressures. They were all low and each tire had a different pressure (43 lbs, 52, 58, 46) instead of the 63 that should have been.

Cynequa ByrdSend them to another location. They are not equipped to handle secure transactions. They gave no receipt. Have no customer charge card modem. More like junk room than an office.
Catherine SladeTerrible experience! Location for pick-up changed from contract after numerous visits to original location to verify availability. Had to travel across unfamiliar town for trailer. Never checked to see if lights were functioning properly. Nearly bald tires. Never again will I use U-HAUL!

Jessica CorrowArrived a facility and it was closed. Could not get truck keys. Went to another uhaul supplier who was very helpful to uhaul to explain that the keys would be in a lock box. We went back to pickup location and went to lock box when some one at facility appeared and helped out and gave us the key; however, the final problem was that no one check-in out the truck after they gave us the key and it made it difficult to check-in in the truck because it was not checked out. Better Communication would have made the experience better.
Richard TimerIt's a terrible place! The open time is supposed to be until 12 pm. But there is nobody there when we arrived at 11 am. Even worse that somebody has helped me check in and put a padlock on the truck without letting me know the code! I have called uhaul and the pick up location over hundreds time to solve this problem! Waste me almost 2 hours to figure it out...

CARLOS floresThe U-Haul site lists the hours for this location, but it's actually by appointment in reality. I was worried when I showed up 15 minutes early and nobody was there. Also if it was by appointment, it would have been nice to know so I could pick a different time , as the hours listed were only in the morning.

Edward HaydukComplaint. Charged for extra mileage but didn't credit me for extra gas left in truck. Only chrged a small amount in this case but not a good company policy.
