When my wife and I arrived , after going through hell the last two days to get the truck and a trail, this guy tells me when we arrived, sign in on your phone because there is nothing I can do for you. After two days of hell to get to this point with U-Hell, sorry UHaul, I was in no mode to deal with a helpless employee.My wife and I are in our 60's and not very tech savvy.How Uhell is still in business is a mystery to me, never again..... Its very sad for such a big company...
