Tell people when they stop to check the knob that tightens the hitch on the trailer. It came off on the return trip. 2 really nice gentleman stopped and fixed it for me.

LANCE SReservation for truck was not sent to carters. So, got a call eve before pickup that truck was not available. I was left in dire straits. Carters had round trip truck..rented it and had to spend double on gas and get a friend to drive it back for me. Uhaul reall6 dropped the ball and caused me chaos!

Janet MMy problem with uhaul is not with the pick up or drop off location. My problem is with the person I spoke to when I reserved a truck. I was told that if I return the vehicle a day early, I would be refunded some of my money but when I dropped the vehicle off, I asked about the refund and was told that I was given the wrong information.

NANCY AI had to drive 94 miles (one way) to pick up a truck because the location I reserved the truck at told me they would have one. I had a reservation number... and NO TRUCK. I was very unhappy with UHaul but had no alternative. Halfway thru a two day trip, the air conditioner quit in 99 degree temp.
