I like the new parking lot, he meant me after hours and hooked the trailer up so I didn't hurt my back cause there is no jack on these trailers.. He seriously went above and beyond to me my comfort with uhaul a great experience!! Thanks Mike

Jerry ZThe rental location is great. It's uhaul that isn't when they need to get vehicles worker on then it needs to get done so the next person who drives is safe!!!! I was not at all safe with the truck rented the front suspension was wobbly and I was all over the road. Had to take back roads to get where I had to go because I did not have the time to wait for uhaul to try and fix the issue.

RAY wA soon as we recieved the truck we had to stop and get gas. So we did our delivery & brought truck back with same amount of gas in it. Later that evening got a call from vendor stating we needed to fill truck. Stated we could come back & put gas in truck. ?We live an hour away from office So they charged us $70 plus for a service charge, what a rip off. Make sure you put a dime of gas in it before taking back

Don't add stuff no one asked for and don't make it sound like a deal when you ask me to drive further away and pay more and sneak in extras I don't authorize! Stop showing places that have no availability and allowing them to be booked. I'll never use uhaul again. There are better more honest companies.

terry aI was charged for insurance I did not want . I opted out of this when I did my registration and went to pick up truck . Upon arriving the owner of carters Copy came ( I chose to do the pickup process on my own on my phone) he proceed to tell me I can't do mobile check in I had to check in with him I did not have enough money for whatever he was doing which made the total 120 he then proceeded to change my mileage to 5 and charge me for safe move insurance which I voiced numerous times I did not want I then called U-Haul for a refund in which she said someone would reach out by email for my refund well I haven't gotten a refund or a email I am extremely displeased and disappointed I will not be using U-Haul again

derick cNext time make the drop off instructions more clear. I was told what time and how long I had to drop it off. Where to drop it off. And to replace the gas I used which I did and end up filling it up more than what I used. I was not notified that I'd be receiving a text message that I had to fill out and verify my equipment return when I dropped it off. I was busy moving and only had the truck for about two hours, and was not on the phone to see the message. So I woke up to getting chargered $47 rather than $20 and the 7 miles I used. This was my first time using uhaul and if I would've known I would've done it. I rented the uhaul at 5:30 and didn't get the verify equipment drop off text until 6:04 while I was in the middle of moving. And was so busy I didn't see it until the next morning. And I wasn't told to be expecting it. So needless to say just please make the drop off instructions more clear for people because I could not afford the $47. I was expecting half that. And I was never told to be expecting a message.

James Cwe scheduled for a different location this was way out of the direction we were trying to travel seems pointless to make a reservation if I have to go over 30 minutes out of the way to get a truck on a different day then the one i reserve.
