This location was great. But still don't have a credit for not using the uhaul for 2 days. Didn't even have it for a day.

Betty Hwas not helpful, refused to give me a paper receipt, would not write out the return of the appliance cart and 10 pads. Would not buy the small boxes back that were unused. no space for parking, complete disappointment in every way. Makes U-haul seem very bad, but it's not U-haul, Its( Cars R Us) in Heyworth, IL. they are an issue.
