One of the tires had some dry rot and cracks, but we didn't have any issues with it. The location was surprised when we showed up and didn't have the trailer ready. She said she had checked earlier in the day but hadn't seen any rentals. I had made the reservation a few days earlier.Marshall R.

First the Uhaul dealer in DeQueen dropped the ball. Wouldn't take reservation, told to just come and get. Went on that Saturday, place wasn't open. Had to quickly go online and find another trailer.Michael S.

one of the tie-down ratchets on strap that holds the front tires on car dolly was wore out and wouldn't tighten up completely but other side was fine and with safety chains in place the vehicle was secure. overall well maintained..LARRY J.

I was originally scheduled to pick up the equipment in Texarkana at bubba greens towing but when I arrived they had rented the equipment to someone else and I had to drive 30 miles out of the way to pick up a replacement. Did not receive an apology or regret simply "we rented it to someone else". Guess having a confirmation really doesn't mean they are going to keep it for you if someone else shows up first. VERY DISSAPOINTED!John P.
The equipment was parked behind the location with weeds and junk piled up around it and they had no way of pulling it out so I had to use my truck to get it out.Jeff R.

Lack of communication! I had to call 5 times trying to find the truck that was not where it was suppose to be. Spent over an hour with reservations and local rental companies. Needed it for less than 200 mile but was charge for 431. Only had 3/4 tank but was told to fill it up when returned. I have never dealt with a company so unorganized. Every customer is your paycheck is what I tell my employees and my sales have increased every year!TONY B.

Repair damaged equipment before trying to rent it out. Waiting to long for a simple rental and my info is already in the system. 3 Very young kids running around outside. Was worried about hitting them when driving onto location and leaving.MARVIN S.

Location was closed when i went to pick up truck. Owner called on morning of my move saying his kids that denisit appt. Tried calling when i received the message no answer. He left no cell number to reach him or time he would return. I had to call U haul directly, they had to track him down so he could come and give me the truck. This delayed my move by 3 hours. Had to pack the following day also due to lack of daylight. Poorly ran business will never use u haul again. And no apologies were given to me. Terrible experience!!!denise F.
The guy told me i had to bring the uhaul back to where i got it from and couldnt drop it off at any location by doin this it cost me extra money in miles im not pleased i wil use ryder next timetyrone D.

at least have a contact # or give the hours. Never could get in contact with business in the small town of Ashdown where I have lived for years. But was happy about the outcome and being able to do it over phone and go get trailer . This was great.John H.

I returned the equipment as I was told to do but they refused to take the equipment told me that I had to take the equipment to another location in Ashdown which I did that location was closed for 2 days according to the sign for Spring Break. I left the equipment there So I wouldn't be charged extra for not have the equipment to use further. However U-haul is charging me anyway. I am filing a report against U-Haul with the Better Business Bureau and will seek relief for monetary loss caused by U-HaulEUGENE G.
The original truck they were going to give us was dirty so we asked for another one. We were suppose to have 12 furniture pads and they had none. Was told none had come in on a truck they had taken in, this business needs to have pads on site for rental.JOYCE W.

it took 1hour and 40 minutes to get check in when i was paying my labors to help me load the truck 10 an hour x4 =56 loss the woman there didn't know how to work the computer I had to kind of guide her from the other side of the counter to help my self check in this is unaceptable i expect someone to fix this issue how ever they offered me some blankets i didn'tADOLFO S.
