Excellent service à la clientèle. The truck was not a smooth ride at all. I couldn't go above 30 mph. Advised location when I was driving home from location. Called back again one truck was loaded.
Matthew B.It's really important to have the requested truck size available at the location agreed upon at the time someone books with UHaul. I was very disappointed when I got a phone call telling me that I needed to pick up my truck an hour away from my house. That was very inconvenient! Instead, I was only given the option to get the next smallest truck, which didn't fit all my stuff. I think UHaul should have at least offered me a trailer to compensate the difference of the truck.
