The nice young couple who ran the location really made my whole experience the best ever!
Ziggy FI got the roadside package. For $7. I waited 7 hours on the side of the road for 10 bucks in gas. You sent two people. Then told me that I refused them and sent them away. Which I never did I never seen anyone. Then you sent another person they took another two and a half hours. I lost a whole day of work because of you guys. I will never use your company again. You didn't even compensate me or anything for that. My dog was dehydrated I was scared it was the middle of the night. This is a terrible company and I will never use them again. You guys could have took a couple hundred bucks off my trip but you didn't. Ruthless corporation.

Rachelle SUpon returning the vehicle, it was inspected by your staff, and nothing was mentioned about any additional charges. However, I later noticed that a cleaning fee was added to my bill. I would like to understand the reason for this fee, as the vehicle was returned in good condition and no concerns were raised during the inspection. Could you please review this charge and provide clarification?
Maxime WMake sure new vehicles have the AC recharged, was warm but I just unrolled the windows, simple fix.

Bruce HPlease tell the customer that they must open the text message when picking up the vehicle to make sure it is done. I was not told to check my text messages for the confirmation and vehicle picture requirements, and by the time I seen the message it had timed out.

Judd GExcellent service for a new location. The lady was very friendly and courteous, and kept apologizing for the time it was taking even though she was still learning the U-haul system. They had only been an agent for 2 weeks and I brought them the 1st 2 trucks they had on the lot. I highly recommend the Blackfoot AB location.
