Had problems with app. Called customer support and they were very helpful and got us on our way.
Charles SAntique store doing U-haul rentals was hard to find when turning in
SCOTT EDidn't open until 10 with 9 am drop off : parking in back no spaces .. as jazzercise class took them all . Was close to my house at least . Good news truck ran great over 2000 miles . Thx for that as super important to get there safely
Brad OThis location no longer exists where I was told. After going through the entire return process in the app, I went looking for a drop box that didn't exist. 800 number was no help. Told me mgr of nearby store would call me but never got a call. After an hour I found a nearby U-Haul center and took them the key. Wasted over an hour of my time trying to give you back your truck. You need to keep your return options updated and be more responsive.

Michael LMake sure the uhaul app works for 3rd party rental. Otherwise, it was a great truck!
Susan BThere was no indication anywhere that indicated that we were at the correct place. Finally found the store but they were not open and no drop box anywhere. We finally left the key with a retailer that was directly across from the Catalina antique store, plus it was way out of my way. There were MANY UHAUL places much closer and certainly handier and more well identified. Returning was not a pleasant experience at all
