They made drop off so easy and we're so helpful throughout the process. Clean location and very welcoming employees, will definitely be doing all of my uhual business here in the future. 5 out 5 stars, can't wait to tell my friends about a great location in Lexington, Ky

I was scared first I was at the wrong location a uhaul store. But the correct location was a motel and I did not see any other uhaul equipment there but the gentleman said i was in the correct place and nothing else was required. We did check the next day and trailer had moved. I would have felt better knowing I was in a uhaul store location. I took pictures just in case. still not sure but did not receive any other questions from Uhaul.
Jerry R.Josh was the guy that helped me. What a pro, you don't get customer service like that anymore. At first he didn't have what I needed but called around to try and find me one. It worked out where one showed up and he got me in it. Great guy and sent a text to wish me luck on the move after dropping it off. This guy is an asset to uhaul.
