Make sure the equipment is clean. But overall great experience. The attendant was very helpful he showed me what sizes the trucks are and he helped me in taking picture of my license with my phone for reference. He spoke professional and he was courteous.Stephanie J.

To improve the experience for the next customer this location needs to be REMOVED as a UHaul representative. UHaul corporate needs to investigate this location for customer fraud, harassment and verbal abuse by the representatives at this location. The rep that initiated the rental return not only came to my personal vehicle and verbally abused me but also threatened physical violence against me in front of my daughter whom will be a witness if I decide to take legal actions against him and UHAUL. The description of the person working as the UHAUL representative is of possibly Indian descent about 6' tall, black hair and possibly around 60/65 years of age, the female working the counter/ register was also extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. She was also possibly of Indian descent around 60/65 years of age with dark black hair. As I stated above this location needs to be permanently removed as a UHAUL location and representative before someone else is verbally assaulted and physically threatened by the person described above being a UHAUL representative. There are multiple reviews on Google that indicate my experience with this location is not an isolated incident.Danny D.

I requested 2 furniture dollys and 1 cart, wasn't available and they told me to go to another store, the other location was closed because was Sunday, this really delayed all my moving plan, I just not cancel because can't afford to ask for another day on my job, terrible serviceJose B.

The person at the counter kept going back and forth between his gas station side and the uhaul side. He was inpatient. Walked outside 2 times to smoke. Kept stopping the uhaul transaction to take care of the other customers that were trying to get gas. He wasnt attentive or helpful. The truck was not very clean and the lever to move the seat frontwards to reach the peddle was not working. It was a horrible experience.Yalinez R.

This was, by far, the worst truck rental experience I have ever had. The first location never opened at all and there was no equipment available that was even close to the truck I reserved. Your customer service rep was helpful in finding another nearby location with a slightly smaller truck, but this location was horrible. This gas station/mini mart had two employees, one of whom was at the register, and the other who appeared to be the manager. Both of them were totally uninterested in helping me, and only made time for me when the store was completely cleared of retail customers. It is clear that this is a low priority sideline for this location. When I returned the truck later in the day, the same team was still in the store. The register clerk asked me to wait so he could handle at least 5 retail customers before taking my mileage and gas information, which took all of 30 seconds. The manager was putting quarters into a Silver Falls pusher slider machine, trying to hit the jackpot. I've had better customer service in third world countries.Peter W.

The fat guy that worked at 3pm on 3/20/2023 was very unprofessional. Upon returning the truck he refused to get the return mileage, refused to return the dolly inside the store, refused to give a receipt then threw the keys at me so I could get the mileage and dolly. He was fat, rude and lazy. If you see this person turn around and go rent from another location. This kind of person will almost make you do something that will make you end up in jail.Tanya A.

I rented $29 truck and they charges me $100 for truck saying it was a deposit and I have not yet received my desposit truck was not on full and I put gas back in how I got it. When returning truck they expect me to fill it up I explained to man it was on full so I returned it the same way. The man did not really no what he was doing. I did online checkin and expected - as with other locations to simply grab my keys and go. The lady spent 45 minutes trying to get her computer to work (and kept blaming the computer) while helping other customers at her retail counter (â€œbecause they are paying customers for my businessâ€ â€¦ as if I'm not paying!?). Demanded additional pictures of my drivers license, etc. Very time consuming and rude. The cab had sticky floors and the steering wheel alignment was off by 25 %. The truck only had 1/4 tank further delaying my trip as I had to fill up. Cargo lights did not work. The return was delayed not slightly less frustrating as there is no dropbox and the clerk demanded to see my phone to â€œproveâ€ I returned it correctly â€¦ all while he was eating a sandwich. I didn't choose this location and I'm VERY disappointed that I had no choice â€¦ it will certainly make me reconsider renting again.michael K.

I was over charged! Didnt get the Dolly and they charged me for it because I reserved one... Never got it! I asked to wait for the finalized bill but since there was only 1 cashier, he said he'd do it and Id have a bill within 4hours, and then I was charged an after hours fee when I dropped the truck off on time. A $19,95 truck using only 20 miles, filled up to over full line cost $85... almost 2 times what I should have been charged an I want a refund for the overage asap.Adryenne M.

This representative couldn't be bothered. He insisted that I unload the dolly and blankets and bring them to him. He the questioned me as wether or not I was sure I was returning the truck to the correct address. I had to show him a copy of my uhaul email contract. I showed him a picture of the mileage and gas he seemed to not believe me because I was returning it wth half a tank, when it was only a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. I then asked him for a receipt and he said uhaul would email it to me. I insisted that He give me something that proved I had returned the truck and didn't owe anything. He had to get on the phone and call someone who he spoke to in a foreign language. He then said for me to check my email for a receipt. I needed to leave so ai took a video of the location and the returned truck for my own records. When I did get the receipt, the gas was marked as â…œ rather than Â½ a tank. This made me feel like he was going to charge the next customer for the "extra". gas. All in all I did not feel very welcome or appreciated by this individual and did not trust him at all. It has left a very bad impression with me regarding uHaul.Daniel P.

I had a tough time returning the truck on the app. I have rented U-Hall trucks for the last thirty years and have never experienced this. It looks like the process has changed. No personal customer service at all. Also, the lady that was working there was not friendly at all. Will definitely go to a different location or find a totally different company to rent fromKelvin H.

The anti-theft steering wheel lock needs to be changed. Although I agree with the need for such a system to prevent trucks from being stolen, the mechanism was EXTREMELY difficult to unlock. My steering wheel locked up and I could not unlock it for an EXTENDED period of time. The steering wheel locked up for each of the three times I needed to start the truck. I sat trying to figure out what to do for almost 40 minutes the last time I needed to start the truck to return it. Even after watching a video on how to correctly unlock this mechanism it took almost 20 minutes before the steering wheel unlocked and I could start the truck. I understand the need for such a mechanism; but, a key fob or something of the sort is highly recommendable by me so other customers don't have to go through what I went through three times in one night.Dominique B.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the truck I rented. I picked it up and the gas tank was 2 miles to empty. Also, the back of the truck was very filthy and there was pieces of garbages scattered throughout. In addition I was supposed to have a dolly/equipment that was not included. All in all the service and experience was abysmal. I will not be choosing U-Haul again.Anne P.
