Make sure they have a car dolly at the location in Cavalier. I understand they get used a lot and it's hard to keep them at all your locations. It's better for customer service to have your products at all locations.Ann B.

Your reservation system is garbage. I have to last minute plan a 5 hour trip to pick up a fucking 5-8 trailer. Grand forks and fargo were empty, but allowed my to confirm a reservation there. Fuck you guys. Never using uhaul again. The month free of storage I reserved also had none left when I arrived. FUCK YOU GUYS IT WASNT WORTH THE MONEYKaleb D.

We had to drive from Grand Forks to Cavalier to pick up U-Haul. Even though we got another day and free mileage to GF, we still had to pay for gas plus I had to leave work early so we would be there in time before they closed.Debbie S.

I just wish they had the ability to make exceptions when there's discrepancies with what the contract said about gas levels and what really happened. It's not the facilities fault, I wish Uhaul gave them more flexibility to give better customer service.Elisa R.
There was basically no assistance given when it came to actually hooking up the trailer correctly. I had to go in and ask for someone to help us. Thankfully someone with me knew a lot of the safety protocol i needed to follow. The trailer was in good shape and worked well for me so I have no issue with that. I was given no information in regards to the return process which was in a different state. I was not told about the after hours service fee when I returned the trailer - so I was charged an extra amount which I think is a total scam.Steve L.

1st- the employee was late 2nd- the computer system wasn't working 3rd- I was given 2 UHauls because 1 longer wasn't available. I was told I would have to pay for insurance on both costing at least $59 a piece when I thought I would still be covered under the $45 one that I originally had selected. 4th- the equipment needed more â€œx'sâ€ on it as there was a lot of marks and dents that were not marked. I did a video walkthrough of the vehicles. 5th- I was told the fuel tanks were full when one was at 1/4 of a tank. 6th- during the whole process I was made to feel like I was a hassle to the customer service.Nathan B.
We were already upset we had to drive almost an hour and a half for our uhaul because it wasn't where it was supposed to be and the gas it took to drive there was almost as much as the discount given. Not to mention we were almost 4 hours late to start loading our truck. When we arrived the truck wasn't ready. The lady that processed the transaction had no idea what she was doing. The price they tried to charge was incorrect based on my quote and then they didn't have the dolly we were "guaranteed". It took over an hour to get our uhaul.Nancy M.

There was no one at location of drop off, nor was there a contact number to help. We received an email saying we caused damage to the trailer, in which we know for a fact we did NOT cause. We looked over the trailer before returning. We were charged for this damage. No one called us regarding this, I just happened to see it in a email with no proof of damages. Very poor service.jay B.

Issue with truck being a day late created a huge issue for myself. Not sure how you schedule a truck to be picked up on a day when it's been given to the current holder for another day. No one seemed to be aware or have an answer. Information wasn't shared effectively and it created a problem. Waited several hours before I was told truck wasn't coming in. Staff at Cavalier were nice. There seemed to be an interface issue on computer. They didn't know there was a truck rental. Was on an "old page" or didn't show up on their current listing. Was several hours before she was aware. Truck was dirty on arrival. Even after being checked in as clean the inside was dirty and had items strewn about floor of the truck. Could've used a grain shovel to pick up pile left.Jim R.
