This location does not have staff to help you park the trailer unless you arrive during the office hours. This location is difficult to park a trailer if the gates are closed as there is very limited space to move around in their driveway and the highway is extremely busy out front.

Gary HThe interior was dirty. Cup holders stained with coffee and bed was full of scraps of paper, screws, and pennies. The passenger side mirror was stuck and unable to adjust.
JUDY PI paid for a utility dolly, 1 dozen furniture pads, and a furniture dolly. The truck did not have any of the above mentioned items. I contacted the UHAUL location in which I rented from to inform them the truck did not have anything extra that I pad for, and they have not contacted me.

The container was super clean, the whole lot was well maintained with very secure and ease of use access with the gate as well as how the lot was set up. We also appreciate the very clean bathroom available when we needed it. Both of the people we worked with were very nice and very helpful to our needs. Over the years, we have had to rent several storage units, definitely this was the best, all around. Merci.

Guerrero QThe rental truck was so dirty from the previous renter that I spent the first 20 minutes cleaning it so that I along with my passenger could ride in it. I brought it to the attention of the office before I even left the rental facility but no effort was made to correct it. The entire inside was covered with dog hair and the windows and dash with muddy paw prints. Absolutely repulsive and unacceptable, especially fro someone with allergies from dogs!
don gThe service at this location was great. We rented it however through the Warren site. They spelled our name wrong, never asked for our email and got the phone number wrong. The call center could not identify us and only ask us if we knew of any other cities we could drive to to get a truck. The staff at the Warren site were able to help once we got there, figure out the mistakes and send us to the Leavittsburg location, which was again, very helpful. The reservation site and call center was the systems downfall.

WILLIAM B | Expérience généraleThe truck had numerous dents ,a spot was carved out of the body to vent the exhaust, and not one mention of this when rented,no problem with the rental location.....left extra gas in tank(quarter) not credited for it , but would be charged if I didnt.......
Randy SI've been a U-Haul customer since 1999 and have rented countless trucks both in town and one way as a military member. This locations staff (Shannon) went above and beyond initially to arrange for me to pickup the truck after their posted hours or so I thought. Unfortunately, my experience went quickly down hill from there. I had been told by a "manager" that price matched my Penske quote, that I could pay a deposit on pickup and then in full on the return. Shannon let me know I was in error and showed a lack of compassion for having been mislead into my decision to fly across the country to be told I was wrong! To top it off, the cab of the truck wasn't cleaned out fully - there was trash from the previous user. Additionally, Shannon had told me that I had "a full tank of gas". After my inspection of the vehicle, this was not the case, I was short 1/8 of a tank! When I confronted her that I had a question, she made me wait till she shut her office and pull out of the gated facility to tell me that the truck was sitting on a slant and the tank was full. I capitulated, only to find out she lied to my face and took off-I was shorted an 1/8th of a tank. I know Uhaul would charge me a high premium on returning a truck short of my agreed gas level. I'm waiting for U-haul to make this right!!!!

Kathi KWhen we picked the U-haul up and got it to the location for loading, we discovered a large bulge on one of the rear tires, so had to take truck back for repairs.....Cost us 3 hours.

Darlene LI had the reservation for 2 weeks prior to the date, U-haul didn't tell me I needed to travel to pick up my 2 trailers I spent half a day running after trailers, just crazy they also did not inform me I couldn't have the trailers at the same location as I requested, however the folks in Leavitsburg and Mahoning Ave were very nice, so my suggestion is tell the customer You can't move equipment to the location the customer request !! 20+ miles is NOT. Acceptable Lori C.
