James PI returned to a place where their was no sign telling you where the office was.. I didn't see it if it was there .. so I left the trailer and called the number on my paperwork. The lady said you weren't supposed to return it til tomorrow. I didn't understand why my returning that day was a problem but she said I need to call my manager.. seriously couldn't handle things by herself . Will use someone else next time. U-Haul is a joke.
windy cThis place charged me an extra 138,7 for nothing !! The fuel was where it was supposed to be even a little over. Also was asked to bring it to another drop off location that was 8 miles further than the original one I picked when setting it up. I tried to explain this to the field manager Brianna Hughes and she would not work with me. Refunded 30 bucks !! Why did I have to pay an extra 108 for nothing ??
