I use the truck for two hours I was over charge, the truck was very old in very bad condition too expensive for a liability

Easy and convenient pickup. Wasn't space to park when we returned the U-Haul but the staff on site quickly found us and were helpful. One of the headlights on our truck was not working when we picked it up - not sure if the location was aware of this.

I had pre ordered and paid for 2 Dollie's and when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told "sorry, we don't have any". Infuriating . My order had been confirmed on line.

The issue was Uhaull Maintenence of the truck No working left head light and dead battery The issues where found at the pick up location at the moment to the pick up, they shoul have solutions for this issues like changing the truck in the place or be able to resolve the problems with the road assistance

Everytime I order and pay for additional items they are not included. (Make it easier on the booking process to say something isn't righ tstraight away)

Dean Genzano was very helpful, patient, polite, and answered all my questions. the rental process was extremely efficient however the truck could have been cleaner inside the cab. i washed the windshield inside and out - was not clean.

I was a little confused about where to go on location, since it is inside of another business. Once I found it, the personnel were very helpful and considerate. The whole process was quick and simple.

Dean at Central Kitchens went above and beyond staying after hours to help me when the trailer lights didn't work (car not trailer problem). The trailer storage area was a bit muddy due to weather conditions. Overall they were great; but I did have to travel almost an hour from home to this location, to get the trailer size I needed for one way.

First I went to a horrible nearby location at 27 Inspection at 1535 Country Road 39. They should lose their u haul franchise. Rude people and not familiar with u haul system and just awful. The man told I could not leave my car for four hours so I said I would cancel and go somewhere else, which I did. Then I went down the street to Central Kitchen and had wonderful experience

HORRIBLE !!! no one there called a number was told drop it out back. Called you assistance center. Call was dropped. Was told if I dropped at another dealer I could be charged $200.00. Later found out businesses is closed permanently. By your transport driver. He was bool. Super stressful as I dropped the trailer then went back Monday to find all these details out. Super pissed to say the least.

The location was closed. Very crowded storage area. The App did not load my dashboard or provided anyway to document my returned equipment's state of readiness/repair/reuse.

Very friendly, very polite & helpful service - I highly recommend this location 👍🏻 The vehicle not so clean- but we talking about a minivan which is used for work- so it’s acceptable / no complain 👍🏻

AC and vent did not work. Bit by tick in vehicle. Interior filthy. Exterior graffiti. Typical Uhaul experience. Overcharged.

The app worked very poorly. The website also didn't work well. I had to call customer service many times and wait for over an hour. My vehicle wasn't able to be picked up until over an hour after my time because of the app and website. Customer service wait times were exceptionally long. This experience was frustrating and time consuming. I don't plan on using this service again.

Not a huge selection of trailers but when they have them I highly recommend this location.

Please Check the vehicle more precisely when customer returns it So the next customer won’t get disappointed ( to show a good example- I did filled up full ✔️ I did go to the car wash & returned a clean car ✔️) I hope the person who will rent the same vehicle after me - will be very happy with it ( getting a filthy dirty smelly car - with less gas as the documentation shows… not a pleasure :( Stay human Be nice Respect ☮️💟 That’s how it should be ☀️

My truck wasn’t located where I was supposed to pick it up and I wasn’t even given warning and spent the morning running around to find it at some other location… the truck had no gas and was dirty.
