I was a little confused about where to go on location, since it is inside of another business. Once I found it, the personnel were very helpful and considerate. The whole process was quick and simple.

Luis PDean at Central Kitchens went above and beyond staying after hours to help me when the trailer lights didn't work (car not trailer problem). The trailer storage area was a bit muddy due to weather conditions. Overall they were great; but I did have to travel almost an hour from home to this location, to get the trailer size I needed for one way.

Keith HFirst I went to a horrible nearby location at 27 Inspection at 1535 Country Road 39. They should lose their u haul franchise. Rude people and not familiar with u haul system and just awful. The man told I could not leave my car for four hours so I said I would cancel and go somewhere else, which I did. Then I went down the street to Central Kitchen and had wonderful experience

Arturo MHORRIBLE !!! no one there called a number was told drop it out back. Called you assistance center. Call was dropped. Was told if I dropped at another dealer I could be charged $200.00. Later found out businesses is closed permanently. By your transport driver. He was bool. Super stressful as I dropped the trailer then went back Monday to find all these details out. Super pissed to say the least.

Roy EThe app worked very poorly. The website also didn't work well. I had to call customer service many times and wait for over an hour. My vehicle wasn't able to be picked up until over an hour after my time because of the app and website. Customer service wait times were exceptionally long. This experience was frustrating and time consuming. I don't plan on using this service again.

DavidS FThe right blinker didn't work, the running lights did. After calling roadside, many hours later a person come out and didn't help at all. And then asked for money. He didn't even have a flashlight. Made me feel terrible for even asking someone to come and help. He then said you'll be fine and blamed my truck for it not working. I think it was unsafe to drive without a right turning signal. I ended up turning the trailer in without completing my trip. Felt like it was a waste of money.
Jonathan SIt was a rainy day and the Uhaul truck's roof was leaking. I had to mop up the floor of the truck before loading, and had to find a large plastic sheet to cover everything once loaded so that my things would stay dry. Aside from this, the people answering the phone were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Keith Hall locations that i dealt with were great. the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. i did, however, have an issue with my bill. i understand how supply and demand works, especially in these supply-shortage days. i rented a truck and tow dolly, and because of equipment shortage, my truck was 52 miles from my dolly. in the end, not only did i have to pay for extra gas, but the extra mileage that was granted to me by uhaul was insufficient and i was charged an additional 32 miles. the attendant said that he was not authorized to overide the charge, and on top of that i was charged for insurance on the dolly which i did not ok. in total i paid more than $100 over what i had budgeted for this move. disappointing! if you want to give credit where it is due...it's due on my credit card.

KRISTIAN CThis location is pleasant and professional. I would go back. I've noticed no one really washes the rental trucks when they're in the lot or replaces the wind shield washer fluid, for example. There doesn't seem to be any incentive to keep them clean.
