There is no clear place to go to when picking up and dropping off. I dropped off the truck and it was not checked in for over a month.

I have an 40' rv that gets better gas mileage. (6,7). The 15' box truck may get 5mpg. The engine needs work.

The employee supposedly did not show up... not so sure. Two 9am rentals, we both left way after that time. The attendant disappeared for almost half hour to complete the first rental and to go get the dolly I had pre-ordered. Delay because the first rental truck did not have the mileage recorded in the computer, and also needed to be cleaned... The scanning of my license in my phone was also delayed because Uhaul's instructions in the app are lousy. The front scans landscape. But the back portrait, and apparently only the bar code on the edge matters ??? There is no Uhaul return key box, only an upstairs door slot. And if there is a delay after 6pm, the truck keys cannot be returned... So the customer would have to keep the unit until monday AM...

Uhaul is aun excellent company,this branch is The exception un customer service,I Say this because of the lady who does not know what this means. The man who attends is nicer but he is not always there.

The location told me it was going to close at 6 pm, I arrived to return the truck at 5 pm and it was closed, also I tried to process the return online and the application was not good, issues uploading the pictures, I had to call and do it with a representative on the phone. Jessica Hallam was awesome on the phone assisting me in the returning process.

It took us half an hour to pick up the rental they don't do courtier pick ups only mobile. So we had to cancel the courtier pick up and do a mobile one and during that we lost the guy and spent most of the time looking for him.

This location needs to be closed down completely. The lady that works there was no where to be found in a Saturday during business hours. A guy that happened to work in the storage area helped. The office is run down. Right now I'm dealing with a payment issue they charged me twice. They are staring I used the truck for more than 100 miles when the condo we are moving i to is only 15 miles. They didn't check out the truck on the day I turned it back in. When we went to the location the truck wasn't parked where we left meanimg they're trying to charge me miles that someone else used. Uhaul needs to need inspect these locations before letting someone open a business under uhaul. Reputation is not looking good for uhaul because of this location.

Very obscure and shady location. Closes early and very bad customer service. Did not get an explanation of being able to leave truck after hours. Then the check out because of what they inputted at store tried to charge me over $40 extra. This really became the worst experience I've had using uhual and has really changed my mind about using uhual for any further endeavors

The lady didn't really explain anything or address us.she was too busy talking to some other employee. Not only that but she was super rude. Didn't have th event experience. We turned in the uhaul late because we didn't know what we were doing. I had a negative experience and I do t know if I ever plan on going to this location or using uhaul ever

That location in 3645 NW and 7 st is the worst how is posible I told the lady who was doing the papers I didn’t want any insurance and after I returned the truck I saw they charged me 14 bucks more for an insurance I didn’t put.

Tell people to be in the office I was looking for that location and nobody answer the phone i was waiting for more that an hour for that guy to come to the office and tell me he was helping someone and that’s not thuth because i was by trucks and nobody was there so it wasn’t a good experience

There were issues using the smart phone feature , I was not happy the way I was treated ,talk to by one of the employees from the main office in Miami .

I was charged more than what I had agree originally. I booked a one way service and the website told me I was going to get charged $34.90. When I called to confirm my drop off location no one told me I was going to get charged $100. I always used U-Haul services when I have to move and so far this is the worst experience. I will never use your services again.

Clerk was not there at pick-up time, which I clearly reserved on-line(11:30 AM)...was told she went to a home inspection. The left panoramic mirror was missing, very dangerous to drive like that, called office when i realized, clerk was now there, told me to bring truck back, took me half hour and many miles to return for which i was not credited. Clerk then told me that damage had been noted on the record, but did not exchange the vehicle to a safer one. When I returned truck, clerk was again missing (3:30 PM) was told she always leaves early on Fridays. Really? Why does she work there at all? Exactly what purpose does she serve? Very unprofessional and poor experience. welcome to Miami!!!

Customer service is horrible ! The guy they have working that takes you to your truck really needs to learn some manners! Not to mention the place looks like something out of a low budget horror film. Pulled in to return the truck and was screamed at beacuse the truck was not put face in in the sea of cargo containers. I told the guy I didn't feel comfortable pulling the truck that way and he flipped his lid.(as the space is extremley limited. Sat back and watched him slam the transmission of the truck over and over hitting the brakes in his fit of anger. Not to mention the other gentelman that was there (an African American gent). Overall really ruined my day dealing with these two clowns. If I ever need a truck again I will be calling budget rental or any other service than u-haul. If you would like to hear more about my horrible experience please feel free to reach out at your convenience. U-haul never ever again.

I returned the truck within the established deadline but they charged me 56,8 dollars more to my credit card without any authorization. Call to claim several times, talk to a lady Zoila and she told me that she could not help me because they did not have a system and she told me to call again, I called again and nobody answered, I left a message and nobody called me. After a few days I called again and a lady Glenda answered me and told me that she had to talk to Zoila and that she would call me, she never called me back, I called again and the phone was disconnected.

When I arrived at the facility, they informed me that they would not honor the free month despite my reservation stating it. It was a terrible customer service experience!

I finished with the truck at 8pm. I would like to drop off the truck in any U-Haul location to receive the truck and the key. I couldn't select t this option online. Customer service for picking up was Ok and fast. No line Note: The truck was reporting a Tire problem message and a light indicator. The service is excellent, and the web site is great.

It was difficult to find the actual office for the rental. It was upstairs in the far rear of the location. Then, I experienced a lack of professionalism when I was given a larger truck that what I ordered. I questioned the price, at which the attendant said "regardless the price will not change or I will cancel the whole rental" which I was ready to do. Luckily the reservation price was correct, so that was not an issue.

First, there is no sign of any kind letting u know where the uhaul office is. Second, one of the people that were there wasn't even planning on helping us out with the reservation if it wasn't for my friend that sort of gave him an attitude before we left. The need to work on customer service and their location.

This entire moving process was terrible. My moving help cancelled on me and I was not notified, I had to spend extra for last minute moving help, and the help arrived late, so I couldn't drop off the u-haul at the location on time.

Apparently the storage room size I needed was not available on site and I was referred to Uhaul Storage in Medley which I rented.

I truly had a great experience renting at this location. Although is a small location, the manager was extremely nice and they even helped out bring out the truck with the heavy traffic. I will always return if I need to move once again. Great service.

The advertised unit, on the website, did not match the available unit. Also, it was on a second level, accessible only by stairs. The storage facility was ramshackle and in very poor repair.

Rental prices were different in different locations, paid more in Miami, than what we would have been charged in Pittsburgh. That was a little disappointing. We also were unaware that we would have one months free storage, when dropping off the truck. We had already arranged this elsewhere but could have saved some money AND continued to use Uhauls services had we known.

Please change the website. It says a 10 ft is the correct size for a 1 bedroom, it was too small and I had to rent a 14 then switch all my stuff over. It was extremely problematic.

I believe that the person who checked the miles after I returned the truck may have a vision problem. I returned with 52491 miles and I was charged with 52494 miles. A difference of $3,72 more than I was supposed to pay. Most likely the person did not see that it was a # 1 not a # 4 in the end of the whole number. I ended up paying a little more. I spoke to a lady trying to make the adjustment, but I was told that I would have to go back there. I will not waist my time for this amount of money, but I would like to comment on the fact, so this does not happen to the next customer. It was a little amount, but it could happen with again and in a higher amount. I hope it does not happen to others. Merci.
