Again, this is a storage facility business and U-Haul is NOT their primary concern. The guy who staffed the office was not friendly or forthcoming about our return, i.e. he hardly said a word to us and certainly didn't provide any info about whether the trailer we returned was in good condition, leaving me to wonder if we'd get billed for any dings/scratches at a later time. Then as he walked away from us he said 'You'll get a receipt in your email very soon", which we did. I'd prefer to use a full-service U-Haul location with staff who care about the business.

1 & 2nd drop-off sites were unavailable. I got the “voicemail runaround†trying to find a place droop off. 2 site put me on infinite hold. The third site was perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable person.

I am out $25 bucks from on phone quote and what I paid. No biggy but I think you reserve, that quote should be the same as when you pick it up.

Donald C.U-Haul really needs to improve their app. I picked up my rental before the business opened and it took 3 tries with the app on my smart phone before it worked. When I returned the rental, after hours, the app would not work at all, even after 4 tries.

Nora C.My issue is not with this location, but with the Otto, NC location where I made a reservation. U-Haul had no record of my reservation when I went to pick up the truck rental and the person there could not help me obtain a rental even though there were plenty of available trucks. She said this was because I didn't have a reservation. I don't even know what she was doing there if she couldn't write a contract. Don't say you're open for business if you don't have the needed personnel available to run that aspect of your business. When I proceeded to another dealer, Champion Storage, and got a new quote it was about $80 more than the price in the reservation which was lost. U-Haul was not accommodating at all. Their stance was they could not find the reservation so would not honor the price I was quoted. Next time I'm going to Penske for my hauling needs. I'm done with U-Haul after getting no resolution after talking to a handful of representatives.

Rene L.The issue I had was pickup place was closed so when I got there I had to call U-Haul to be told I had to down load app , take pictures and do a bunch of stuff. Main issue was this place is out in the boonies!!!! So cell phone and internet were very limited. If I would have known before hand I could have done it around civilization and done it in 10-15 minutes instead of an hour. Oh.... I had already gone on line from home and registered, completed, and paid for U-Haul. So That is when I should have been told the pickup place was closed and what I needed to do before I drove 2 hrs to get to the truck.

JERALD S.I have had trouble with Bryant's Antique Mall in Franklin, NC accepting my Uhaul return fot the THIRD time now. This last time this dealership was my designated drop location. This means about a 30 mile round trip to drop my rental in Mountain City.
Leon T.I was charged $7 for an incorrect deliver location, however, when I tried calling the 855 number listed it would just ring, no one answered. So I just googled Uhaul in Mountain City, GA and returned the truck there. The rep was very helpful, but I do not think I should have been charged the $7, and he agreed with me as well but could not get it waived.
