The radio was "haunted ". It came on by itself to an am station that was all static. Would not change stations or volume. Went off by itself and then came back on minutes later. Not a real problem. Just funny!

I dropped off at 1 on a Saturday, they were closed a young lady sitting at the desk , when I knocked is all she did it point. Extremely disrespectful, I know Channahon rental very well. The owners are not the way , they are very nice. This girl should not be working there

Have the equipment that's already RESERVED for customers AVAILABLE!! I got to my original U-Haul location & I was told that there's a U-Haul policy where if a U-Haul truck & trailer is rented, & the trailer is returned (but not the truck) then that trailer cannot be rented out. I reserved the trailer over week ago, & much to my surprise, it was not available & there was NO prior contact from U-Haul about my the trailer not being available. Fortunately, another location had the trailer I needed. People at both locations were personal & professional, but not having the trailer available is NOT good business.

Easy check in and pick up experience. Very friendly and helpful staff at Channahon Rentals. Truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

I dropped my vehicle off with more gas that was picked up with and I took pictures. And this drop off location tried to charge me for not bringing it back full. And when I called and confronted them about it they told me that they read the fuel gage wrong.
