Customer care was above and beyond expectations. Friendly, informative and professional. I would recommend using this U Haul location to others and will use it for my future needs.

David EWished they had the size I asked for .they gave me a 26 when asked for 15( really big truck l Wasn't sure about gas and put to much gas in and turned it back in with half a tank and was given to me with fourth of a tank.(extra $50 out of my pocket. )

David CLower your rates gas is almost $5a gallon and uhaul charges 0,99 cent a mile that a little steep

Katelyn WOnly comment was cab of the seemed to be pretty high up making getting into and out of the truck difficult. If there was a step there it would make a big difference, as someone who has knee problems this is something that i noticed. Truck performed as expected .

Matthew HThere were no dollies even though i paid for them and no funiture pads. I had to drive an extra 22,2 miles out of my way ONE WAY to get my truck
Heather CWhen a customer asks for a specific location it's up to you to make sure the equipment is at that location, even if you need to bring it there from another location. In my case the truck and trailer should have been brought to Bridgeport from Chappys, not make me go out of my way to get it. I asked for Wilsons Furniture because it was on my way to the location I was headed to. Mingo Junction was 40 miles out of my way. I'm not from Ohio so I have no friends there. I asked for my equipment to be at the Bridgeport location, Wilsons Furniture but had to drive out of my way to Mingo Junction. I checked no for equipment because I didn't realize it till I left Chappys that the brake lights and turn signals didn't work on the trailer. The lights lit up but brake and turn signals didn't work. I checked the plug, the contacts were a little dirty, so I cleaned them but that didn't help

TREY WNo issue with the location of this UHaul branch. But i signed up for a truck in Martins Ferry and it automatically changed to this place and the extra mileage was quite costly.

Jodi MOnly drove 4 miles put 5 GALLONS OF GAS IN and im being charged for 2 gallons of gas... no possible way. Wont use again or recomend.
