Clean the shop of the cigarette smell. Also more clear communication, especially when customer is clarifying details. Was frustrating talking with the owner sometimes because I would have to ask the same question multiple times and get different answers, or have to follow up multiple times myself to get the service I needed.Bing X.

We were originally supposed to pick up from another location and were sent here and told we could have the truck til noon. The owner was very rude - like he didn't want to give us the truck and said we needed to have it back by 10:30am and even called us the next morning at 8am to ask us when we would have it back.Christine T.

Your service was very bad. Your truck had problems when I was driving on highway when I used break it has a lot of shaking it was very dangerous. I called them but they didn't care at all. I took down the truck at 12 when I came back at 10:30 they said you had to come back at 10 and they did yelling to me .they talked with me very impolitely . I'm so sorry for your company. The cargo van didn't had full tank, when I filled it it took 11,5 litres i.e. 14 $. I drove van for just 13 kms. Will never prefer this location. I felt cheated. I did uhaul before too that was great but not this one.Pranav T.
I want to personally thank Devin from the Nova Scotia location who was absolutely incredibly good to deal with . I had rented a unit to get my personal belongings from port aux basque Newfoundland to Dartmouth Nova Scotia where I was going to move it a rental unit more suitable that would of been more affordable to continue my journey to Waterloo ontario for employment. I had been on this journey with all my personal belongings and was involved in a single vehicle accident with my pet . A serious of unfortunate events and poor treatment to the point where the hotels in port aux basque left my pet and i on the street to sleep in out wrote off vehicle because I had a pet with me. Well Devin gave me hope that there are still good people amongst us and good corporate citizens in trying times to say the least. I'm thankful my pet and I were able to walk away and that this young man broke the chain bad luck or whatever you want to call it. Thx again to Devin at uhaul, I hope the company realizes what a shining star they have with you a part of their team.SCOTT M Y.

The rental cost was advertised at 19,95 $ and there were numerous extras including a 10 $fee for using my credit card. Total fee not including gas was 71,00 $. So the experience felt somewhat unsettling as far as that goes. SueSue W.

Double check fuel gague prior to contract completion!! Contract was set at 3/4 of fuel .. BUT ACTUAL READING WAS 1/8 less of 3/4... Contract is not able to be amended once it's completed.. Which puts the customer on the hook ((in my case) for an 1/8 tank of fuel I did NOT use Extra equipment inside of truck (2 dolly's) that were not charged to my contract.. BUT was forced to take with me as this location claimed not to have enough storage space. Thank goodness I didn't have a fully loaded truck.David E.

Got good advice at drop off location. They explained to me why I was accused of stealing a trailer. Apparently the dealer has to hook it up to your vehicle. Who knew? Good advice for the future.Franklin K.
Everything at the Uhaul location was fine. Scheduling and signing in was a hassle. You have to fight your way through a marketing machine trying to upsell you every step of the way. Best BillWilliam R.

Had no idea how to pick up my vehicle mobile style. Took about 45 min to pick up and the written instructions were not in proper English nor spelled properly and therefore were impossible to understandRyan L.
I only drove for 10 miles (16 kms) and I am quite sure about it. But when I see the final bill, I was charged 25 $for millage, which was more than 20 miles (32 kms). I called them to explain but they insisted their records was correct. I can't prove myself. But this is really a bad experience.Zhaohui Y.

Hidden cost is there, I rented only one dolly and charged for two. I am not sure what do you mean by â€œAfter hours service chargeâ€. When I completed the self check up, I highlighted that I am not happy about the charges and no body called me. I am really frustrated about that.Rafat T.

Certainly the key drop off system needs to be improved. The key I had couldn't fit in the drop box and I had no idea how to drop off at night. After a while I dropped off the key in the main door of the shop. This was not informed earlier and could have saved my time. Just a suggestion to improve the system or inform customers next time the best way to return keys off business hours. ThanksAtish Harish T.

It was a convenient location for us. The office is a smoking office so the smoke smell was a bit overwhelming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The van was relatively clean. Had an empty water bottle rolling around in the back. Otherwise, a fine experience. Merci.Ann F.

I was extremely disappointed in the pick up aspect of our experience with U-Haul. I was told via voicemail that the rental would be available for pick up when this location opened. We arrived after 9a and were told it wouldn't be available until 12p. We needed having to wait over 2hrs and stall our packing and loading which derailed our entire day. When we returned, the truck we received seemed like the exact truck that was sitting there when we arrived in the morning. Overall, very annoying experience on a very stressful day.Michelle E.
