I had ordered and paid for a 15 ft truck with 12 furniture pads and 2 furniture dollies. I only got 7 furniture pads and zero furniture dollies. I called the owner as soon as I opened the truck and realized this, and he told me I would get refunded for the furniture pads and dollies that I never got. Moving my furniture became much more difficult and I haven't received my refund.
