When I picked up the u haul the customer service was great .The experience drop off was not I got a call saying the truck I turned in wasn't the right you u haul them she wanted me to call the first u haul and ask about the truck she wanted me to do her job very unprofessional
ROSALIND MI had ordered and paid for a 15 ft truck with 12 furniture pads and 2 furniture dollies. I only got 7 furniture pads and zero furniture dollies. I called the owner as soon as I opened the truck and realized this, and he told me I would get refunded for the furniture pads and dollies that I never got. Moving my furniture became much more difficult and I haven't received my refund.
