Very fast and helpful and had everything ready fast and easy process 15 minutes to get on the road. Everything went Outstanding very friendly and had knowledge of the equipment and helpful information Will definitely be back for my next rental. Easy drop off using the online process and instructions was a pleasure to deal with U-Haul. Setting up rental online was a fast easy process. Received email confirming rental and pick up time. Great overall experience.

I was very disappointed that I received a call from this location, 2 days before my scheduled pick-up and was asked if I could use a 5x8 (instead of the 4x8 I ordered). I asked why my pickup location was in MD and not DE. I had to drive 45 minutes each way to pickup a bigger and heavier trailer…costing me extra time and massive fuel increases due to the weight. I placed a complaint with U-haul and have heard nothing

Trash behind the seats, truck ran like garbage. Vibration at 55mph. Taking off from a stop it was horrible. Hit the brakes at 55mph or 60 mph and the truck would pull to the passenger side.

Communication I had over three reservations that did not end satisfactory the reservations were not there when I was supposed to pick up the trucks even though I had verified well in advance the person from uhaul who was supposed to be there to release the truck left before I got there to pick up my truck to go on the road I got no truck had to take time off from work that I hadn't planned I'm just pissed
