I looks like it's falling down. You can't judge a book by its cover, but it's honestly an eyesore. The man who helped us was nice and friendly and would recommend it to someone, but would forewarn them about the way it looks dilapidated.

Nobody at drop off location. Called number on door, left trailer in yard. No big deal for me, but not good situation for customers picking up equipment or looking for service or information.

Facilities / buildings are in very poor condition. Staff was friendly and helpful, (but was initially absent during his lunch).

Had an issue with the mobile pick up and could not get past the license number recognition. Therefore could not get the code to receive the key at the pick up box. Called Bruce from the site and he could bot have been more helpful in getting me my truck on time. He was terrific! I would definitely use his location again

Very fast and helpful and had everything ready fast and easy process 15 minutes to get on the road. Everything went Outstanding very friendly and had knowledge of the equipment and helpful information Will definitely be back for my next rental. Easy drop off using the online process and instructions was a pleasure to deal with U-Haul. Setting up rental online was a fast easy process. Received email confirming rental and pick up time. Great overall experience.
