Location was excellent. Always helpful. Plenty of room to park the trailers.

Helen BDROP OFF LOCATION: EXCELLENT. The representative was very professional. She was very understanding and apologetic regarding the poor service at the pick up location. She had no problems removing the $30 charge that the pick up location charged me, even after I told him the reservation had been revised to not include the charge. The pick up location simply said " I already put the charge through and can't remove it." He handed me the keys, got in his pick-up truck and left. I had previously rented a 15 ft truck on 12/29/23 one way from SC to MD. I found this return location on 1/12/24 to maintain the same high standards that I had previously experienced. I had 3 superior experiences and 1 extremely bad experience.
Daniel Jget rid of the swivel base car dollys. as i feel the damage to my car and the entire accident could have been avoided if the tow dolly was fixed instead of this horrible DANGEROUS design.. i expect a follow up for the damages to my vehicle. the staff at all locations and the roadside emergency caller were amazing.. the company wanting to save money and get horribly designed dollys is disgusting..
James AVery nice, easy, pleasant transaction. Equipment was well maintained and everything went as planned. I wouldn't say it would be an improvement but a possible add-on. I didn't have any help loading the bike on the trailer. It is a bagger and weighs 850lbs. Some type of winch or come-along that could attach to the front of the trailer to help pull the motorcycle up on the trailer may have been something I would've been willing to pay extra for. Just a thought, not a recommendation. I was very pleased with the service and will look to this location for future needs. Merci.

WILLIAM BThe trailer had fresh spilled paint on the flooring. It was dried enough not to affect my belongings but could have been a problem. I believe the trailer had JUST been returned overnight and I was an early pickup. Not the fault of the franchise.

Dawn WTrailer lights did not work properly. The roll up door spring cable was broken. I had to sweep out the trailer before using it. The trailer I used needs some serious maintenance. The people at this location very nice and accommodating, just not aware of the trailers issues.

Michael MAll went well except when we returned the trailer after hours, there was no jack available. We were told it would be in a certain place but it was no where to be found. We had to use a piece of wood to get the trailor off of our vechile hitch.

bret eUhaul app based help was ignorant and I believe racially profiled my friends that were set up to drive. They were old timers without app phones and treated them like crap unwilling to help them . Then when I has to inconvenience myself to go.picj it up the kafybplayed games kicking me off the app over and again when she clearly knew it was me. This went in for 2+ hours then when I went to personally pick up the next day she had placed a caution by our namesm I have our interaction videoed and the calls recorded and a lawyer is what's needed. Then for the nightly drop off I called ahead and she talked to me like I was stupid and blamed the app. Funny it worked until I start submitting photos and they keep saying low memory which was bologna because I had a new phone this time. It's a game they have authority to play at a convueniece if they don't like how certain people look. My drivers were African American. It takes a lit to piss them off. They aren't up to date with all this new age and do there best and were treated like crap over and again so by the time I got to the location because of her ignorance she made my time worse. She knew it was us and all our photos were perfect yet she kept denying them. Being the ones doing the ok when we send it and photos if one doesn't kiss butt you'll never get your vehicle. So they can treat like crap as they please. She's a racist individual and needs put in check.

WILLIAM BI don't have any suggestions for improvement at this time.. Customer service was excellent, the equipment was clean, and functioned as expected. I can't say enough about the staff. The lady who processed my rental, and the gentleman who hooked up the trailer have excellent people skills.
