This location had very awesome people running it. We were offered water as we walked from the nearest bus stop we could locate. As for uhaul itself.. we had booked a much closer place, and were called the day of move 2hrs before pick up to tell us that the location of pickup had changed completely. The level of physical exertion to get to the new location took a toll on our bodies and we ended up needing to quit early and start again the next morning, necessitating a longer uhual timeframe and extra stress. It is respectful to HONOR A CONTRACT or at the very least ask before completely changing locations, which is a fundamental change in the online contract agreed upon. It is really quite unfortunate that uhual itself lacks the BASIC DECENCY of honoring a contract or at least checking to make sure the change is AGREED UPON BEFORE changing a contract. The new location had us walking about an hour. I am highly disabled, it is leg bone deformity that causes great pain. I had to walk over a mile on ROADS WITH NO SIDEWALK.
