I swept it before using it as there was dirt inside on the floor of the trailer. Maybe they couldn't see it, because it is winter here, but I did when I opened the trailer door. I told the business owner that I cleaned the floor of the trailer with a broom before using it. There was also a large loose screw that looked like it came out of a whole on the trailer floor. I put the screw in the floor and swept the dirt outside. Very rusty back door and difficult for me to open. Very nice people operating this location, and I would rent here again, but prefer a trailer with less rust so that it is easier for me to push the door up and close the door.

Bennett SI was not to pleased with U-haul in general. I went to the Rome, NY location to pick up the trailer that I reserved almost 2 months ago to be told I was in the wrong location, that is was in Richfield Springs, about 1 hour away! Cost me about $30 in gas and tolls and time that I had not planned on to go and get it. It would seem to me it was/is U-hauls responsibility to have the equipment at the location for pick up, NOT the customers!
