It was my first time renting and returning a vehicle so I was not sure of what needed to be done. He was the only person working in the store so he could not take the time to explain anything to me just hurried me out the door.

Stephen SU haul refused to give me a truck on the day I had to be out of my apartment even though I had a confirmed reservation. I had to drive to Connecticut to find one. I will report this to the better business bureau and file a complaint.

Mark SIt was as if they'd never rented a truck before. I had done all the phone and email precheck-in. In-spite of all this it took 45 minutes to get the truck. The guy behind the counter couldn't operate the iPad or navigate the software. He was lost. He called someone for help, that didn't help. Finally he handed me keys and said take the truck.
