The vehicle was not trashed but it was not clean when I picked it up. Guess I should have complained about all details. Then it shook while we drove and I wanted to bring it back but because I was already late picking up and wasn't able to adjust my drop off time I went ahead and went with it. he said there was half a tank of gas in it and there wasn't it was below a half and I put the gas back to where it was. I forgot to sweep out the back because I was rushing to get it back on time.Brieann P.

The 24/7 app didn't work well at all. It told me changes were made and they weren't. Requested two dollys and they weren't added. Would not recommend. I had to call customer service for help and sit at the location for an hour to get things fixed.Alec D.

The process of actually getting the vehicle was extremely simple but the truck itself was truly terrifying! There was something extremely wrong with the truck mechanically. Im no mechanic but the check engine light was on, the automatic transmission could barely change gears making for a ver slow and rough ride, the cabin sounded like I was sitting on a jet engine and the motor was so loud externally I was told they could hear me approach my new home nearly 1,5 miles out..... please maintain your vehicles or your asking for an accident which could hurt your costumers or the public.Nicolas B.

There was nothing wrong with the equipment other than the attendant that was servicing me at the time I bought the vehicle back. At first the young man was very nice and I was very cordial and very patient with him getting me my receipt and letting me know that it will be email to my account. He was very rude because the morning attend did not leave information that was needed. He assured me that the store had Video camera just in case the situation got out of hand. It was not my intent to strike an argument but it was my intent to be treated fairly and for him not to get an attitude and misdirected his attitude that he had towards the morning attended on me.I only was concerned that I got the correct change and understood the process. The cup holder area was dirty with sticky, caked on â€˜goo,' for lack of a better word. Kind of like the previous driver may have spilled their drink in it or something. I did take a picture, and submitted it with my check-in survey.Dawn M.

No issues with the location it's the website that I had problems with. This is the 2nd time I've tried using the mobile app to check out and check in equipment and have no luck with it working properly. I had to cancel my original reservation because the location closed early and that app was not working. Called and was told by an agent to make sure my location is on and that the internet connection was not good so this time I used a hotspot and made sure the location was on but still had to get assistance because the site would do a picture and then start the process back over. Rental due back at 9:30 pm got to the location about 9:20 pm and needless to say it was after 10 pm before speaking to someone to inform that the equipment was returned on time.Shari B.

If you know the equipment needs maintenance or is defective, which was brought to my attention after the damge was already done, DO NOT RENT IT TO ANYONE until discrepancies are fixed. Also, why wasn't my money refunded immediately?Thomas H.
This rental was a disaster from start to finish; however, it is no reflection on either of these rental locations. When I rented the truck, I was given incorrect information, which necessitated multiple calls and a manager's intervention. I would NEVER recommend the Bromay St., Chesapeake, VA location to anyone. This was where I was first sent to pick up the truck. The woman there was extremely rude, and it necessitated another call back and 25 valuable minutes on the phone, and going to a second location to pick up the truck, which was closed. Fortunately, the owner was at his business, but let me know that this truck was supposed to be with him today for another rental. The cab of the truck leaked so badly that my son, who drove it, was soaked through to his underwear. His shirt was so wet, he had to ring it out. This wasn't from getting caught in the rain-- it was from driving the leaky truck! Fortunately, my mattresses and furniture did not get damaged, or I would be speaking to an attorney today. In midstream, my drop-off location and mileage were changed, and I didn't know that until en route from picking up the truck.sharon S.

This was the third location we finally were able to get a promised truck. The man worked at a snails pace and made us wait for over 30 minutes while he checked out all the trucks on the lot in front of the building before he checked out the truck we were getting located behind the building.GARRY H.

I only dropped the trailer off. I didn't go inside at all. The employee was helpful and he came outside to provide me with a confirmation that I dropped the trailer off. Online booking stated that location had the truck and time available that I needed however when I arrived I was told the truck wasn't there and we had to wait the following day for a rental or go to another location.
