Adam PThe unit dog tracks & took us longer to get to our location. I called uhaul, but we did not get any refund back due to the issue. :( Not pleased at all. The pickup location was excellent to work with & had no clue about the dog tracking.

ALAN BOriginally rented on line to pick up in Kellyville at the tool place got there to pick up and closed due to death in family called day before and left message no contact at all had to find another trailer Friday right before I left will never use them again thought someone should have contacted me from that store or corporate

neal ci have picked up trucks from this location before. Owner is friendly, polite, and very helpful.
Belinda MIt was convenient as to where it was for my needs, however the overall location was not formidable for what the customers needs would be.
Jason SI needed a 10 ft Uhaul. I was told that the smallest available was a 15 ft. When I arrived, the only trucks available were 26 ft. While I wasn't charged for the larger truck, The locations I needed them at have very limited turn-around space, making the drive extremely difficult.
