I rent U-Haul trucks often from the Circle S Hardware on FM 2978 in Magnolia, TX. I have probably rented at least 15 - 20 trucks this year using Circle S. This location for U-Haul has got to be one of the best operating locations for U-Haul, hands-down! This location is family owned and operated and everyone that works there is professional, friendly, and they all bend over backwards to make the process easy, pleasant. When you drive off of their property you have confidence that the truck itself has been prepared and ready to hit the road. Dennis DI rented a 10 ft truck- the driver's door didn't close all the way and it had transmission issues. Then I took that back and rented a 15 ft- that one rode rough and the back lift door was SUPER hard to pull down. It would get 4 inches from the bottom and stop, you had to basically slam it down to get it to close all the way.. the location was great but the actual trucks need maintenance badly

Hank TThe only issue wasn't the fault of the establishment but that of UHAUL corporate: mobile checkin. The experience was terrible. I had to go inside after waiting 8 minutes, as my information (DL, etc) was "being reviewed". I would recommend that you notify customers to expect mobile checkout to take n minutes, making it less preferential to a manual checkin.

Harold HNot a thing. Rental process went smoothly, I was escorted to the equipment, hooked up promptly and sent on my way. Upon return, they saw me driving a lot and ran outside to meet me, even though it was a fairly long distance to the back lot where the trailers are kept. I was properly unhooked and checked out via email. These folks at Circle S Hardware are great and I love renting from them. They are my go to when it comes to Uhaul.
