They signed me up for a local rental only when I was wanting to get a rental to Knoxville Tennessee. They charged me more when I returned to the equipment in Knoxville Tennessee.

The clerk refused to accept we did mobile pick up. We were already an hour late due to the original location not having a truck in stock. The woman took photos of my license on her cell phone and made us wait 25 minutes until her boss called her back and continually asked for me to write my personal information on the back of a receipt. 0/10 experience.

all went quick and well, but return the truck and got a call days later wanting to know about the truck....the truck was parked in same spot and keys in the drop box, makes ya wonder how the store clerk didnt see the truck out the window...weird.

Got to drop off and they wanted me to take a U-Haul to a different location which was 15 miles away.

Charged me 4 extra days BC the dealer didnt check it in. Took 4 days of constant calling to get a manaer to call me back. Then was told it will take 3-5 days before im refunded. Worst customer service on earth!!

i got to the store an hour before i had to pick up what i drove there to get. the lady was great trying but did not know how to get on uhaul site she called the manager. i am 75 years old and had to lift the trailer to put it on took me 6 trys to get it on the ball. that is why when i returned it the numbers did not match. i was five minutes late picking up what i drove an hour and half to get. by far the worst experience with u haul. we live in cumming and where i rent a trailer has always been great. you go in and if they have what you want they you rent it. do not know anything about apps. bottom line is if you want to rent trailers have someone there that knows what they are doing. the lady was very helpful by phone trying to help me.

The truck I was rented had a terrible exhaust leak. It would barely drive up hills. The exhaust noise covered up the noise coming from the power steering that started going out and then the brake light came on and another alarm started sounding. This tuck was a rolling death trap.

It took OVER 30 minutes to pick up reserved uhual.. The location is a of metal construction so you have no phone service inside.. That is an issue when the customer is left doing everything and uploading pictures via uhaul portal.. had togo in and out of pick up location for about 15min to complete pick up process... 15ft Uhaul was not in good condition, windshield was dirty inside and out, hard pull to the right when driving, right front tire cupping and almost bald on outside of tire!! Driver side windshield wiper is completely trashed with rubber leading edge hanging off of wiper.. To make mattrer worse I was not able to be accommodated with different truck same day so was stuck driving unsafe truck.. Grateful DOT did not pull me over!! Do better uhaul. Not happy!!!

I requested a smaller truck because I didn't have a lot to move but none were available. That wasn't a problem because Uhaul upgraded me to a larger size truck for the same price as the smaller one. Once I picked up the truck and go in the first thing I noticed was the truck smelled like a dirty wet dog had lived in it for a week. Once I was done moving everything and was on my way back to drop off the truck I noticed that it made a grinding noise when you drove 55-60 mph. I informed the store of what I was hearing so they could let Uhaul know. To improve the next persons experience with the truck that I used I would recommend doing a deep cleaning and taking it in for service to find out what the grinding noise is when driving over 55 so it doesn't end up leaving someone stranded.

Location has been out of business for over 3 months, lost my flight back to Miami. Very frustrated experience, but hen I call the 1800 number I had to wait over an hour for instructions to where drop off the truck. Over all I will NEVER ever use U-Haul again and I will let everyone knows through conversation and social media not to use U-Haul based on my experience. Cynthia Preston who answer my call did not show sympathy nor offered anything to make this experience a little better.

These rural drop offs ( gas stations, repair shops ) are not equipped to provide the same level of assistance available at a U-haul location, but I suppose that is to be expected.

Be aware that this is a gas station and everything else will take priority over you and your rental. We had to stop multiple times so the cashier could ring up the other customers. The person that rented us the trailer never laid hands on it.

Drop off was great. Location was very clean and user friendly. Staff member, Tara McEntyre was very friendly and had pictures of the truck processed before I had locked the doors. Turn in was very professionally accomplished. However, I did not receive an invoice for total charges for the rental. r

My problem was with the entire reservation. I was at Fair in Calhoun ga at 7:30 am on Sunday. The truck was not available. Your system.sucks badly. I wasted 5 hours and never did get a truck on Sunday. I had to cancel my overseas planned trip and instead try again with your Belwood dealer on Monday. That went well except that I got overcharged for the.mileage. I drove 19 miles and was charged for 35!!! I have.pictures to prove.my.point. What a disastrous experience. Again!!!! Please adjust my.mileage and credit the balance.

The only hiccup was getting in touch with a source to complete the rental. Once in contact all went well and very quick. The online return was awesome. The trailer was in great shape and easy to connect and pull.

Make sure the truck is clean and does not stink. Actually have a truck at the "guaranteed pick up location" so that the customer does not have to go to a different location to get the truck.
