This email was misleading. It asked to rate uhaul then when I get to this page it asks to rate the storage location the truck was at and not uhaul itself. The location the truck was at was great, uhaul not so great!

No improvement needed. The manager at the facility we rented to truck from, Kenn Mercier, was outstanding. He took care of everything for me and I only wish everyone I deal with when conducting business were as friendly and accommodating as Kenn.

The truck was a POS. It was 13years old and had over 150k miles on it. The truck was so loud you could not hear the radio or have a conversation. The steering was also an issue as the ball joints and linkage were completely worn out. I drove 400 miles in this miserable worn out tin can and I got charged 0,99 a mile. The location and people were very nice but the equipment was just too old and worn out.

We arrived, texted the number on the door during business hours seeking help. We waited and no one arrived. I then tried online and was taken to the keys of a 26 ft truck (when I reserved a 17ft). We figured it was the only one available so we took it. While driving 30 min into our destination, we received a voice mail message of a man named Ken (citizens storage in fenton) yelling at us that we took the wrong truck. He was very unprofessional. I called him back right away and apologized, explaining that we tried to find help. He apologized for yelling at us and when I offered to return the truck, he said “no, it's not your fault. U-haul screwed this up. They have to fix it”. I then received my receipt and was charged for a 26 foot truck. This is so wrong on so many levels. I am requesting a full refund. We sat on the side of the highway for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck. The truck overheated and when the tow truck showed up he said the coolant was complete empty and had to add 5 gallons of coolant. He said it was bone dry. What should have taken us a couple house to move was an all Saturday day event. What makes it worst is we have a trailer but wanted to make it easy and do it in one trip so we decided to rent a Uhaul. So much for that. We will probably never do that again

The easiest rental ever; I reserved online, went to the location, was a little early - but the gentleman was pleasant and everything was there ready and waiting. The process took less than five minutes. I was able to get in the road and go!

My husband reserved the truck and spoke with a representative to confirm the time of 8 AM. The nice man said there was a brand new truck with 0 miles ready to go at the Weslan facility at 8 AM. On Saturday, the date of our home move they called at 7 AM to tell us we cannot get the truck until 1215. We had several family members and friends moving us and everyone was delayed and it was a complete disaster. We called about half an hour later to tell them we would be there at 12:15 and they proceeded to tell us the truck was already sold and we would need to drive to Fenton to get the truck. We proceeded to have to drive about 40 to 45 miles to pick up the truck to bring it all the way back to Canton. At the store they still wanted to charge us the full amount and just give us a small discount. We had already been told we would only have to pay for gas because of the mixup. The experience was literally headache after headache dealing with people who are incompetent and do not honor what they say. We will never use U-Haul services again. Our moving day was hectic and stressful and it is completely ridiculous and I'm honestly flabbergasted at how terrible are treatment was with multiple representatives at U-Haul.

Location was convenient and clean. The gentleman employed at this location did not offer any physical help during the return. We parked and disconnected ourselves with no physical check of the equipment and when we told him the trailer we returned was parked on a slight incline and rolling away he suggested we fix it. This location needs someone willing to physically move from his seat.

Trailer lights didn't work tried using it with 3 different vehicles including a brand new 1 week old silverado still didn't work called in to let them know and no one returned my call. Wasted $85 on a rental I couldn't even use due to no working lights

We had a wonderful experience renting a U-Haul truck from Kenn at Citizen Storage Fenton South. We plan on always renting the U-Haul trucks from this location....it's the best and many thanks to Kenn!!!

My need was fulfilled. However, I have not ever rented a vehicle and did not realize the mileage charge was not covering the fuel. I would have filled the tank to return if that had been mentioned. Also, the service help told me to put my car behind the storage facility gate and I could drop off my truck and the gate would be left open. The gate was not left open. I waited for close to 40 minutes for her to return, I was lucky a storage customer opened that gate and I was able to leave. It was not explained to me that when you put your keys in the overnight drop box, there is nothing logging that you returned to the truck. So the computer could be charging you late fee's without your knowledge. Again, my need was fulfilled, the service was fine. There are little details in the fine print it is important to read. I was not charged anything extra. I would use the location again. The van I used was fantastic for the need. I will be smarter about pick up and drop off's next time and fill the tank for the fuel used.

This experience was terrible. We had an 8:00pm 24/7 pick-up. We get there at 8, do everything through the website and never got the text code for the lockbox. We call customer service and it is 40-50 min hold. We held for an hour and 7 min before we decided to go home and forget it. We then got through to someone 2 hours later who then sent the code. We didn't have the dolly we paid for in the truck. Worst experience and such an inconvenience and waste of time
