I made my reservation in Twin Falls for a 19 ft truck and a auto transport.. I had to pickup the truck in Jerome. Then pickup the trailer in Buhl. When I picked up the truck, we didn't due any inspections. He told me it had 1/3rd of a tank and put the dooly in the back. It was to late to pickup the trailer, so I had to wait till Monday. When I got to Buhl, they didn't have the AT, they had a car dolly which wasn't what I wanted. The manager somehow found an AT and put it on the truck. When I got to Battle Mountain, I fueled up and checked the tires and straps on the trailer. Sometime between Battle Mountain and Carson City, the tread came off one of the tires on the trailer. When I returned the truck and trailer, nobody seemed to care abut my experience, they charged me an extra day, even though Boise office said they would give me an extra day. It made me feel that U-Haul doesn;t care about their customers.

BRUCE PI had to drive from Nampa, ID to Buhl, ID (2 hours) because there were no 6X12 Trailers available in the Treasure Valley area. Buhl was the closest location. Arrived at 7:30 am. - Business was open at 7:45 am. Left the facility at 8:10 am. Staff was helpful.

COVIS LThe van/truck had a couple repair issues, but none that really affected the trip other than the seat belt latch on the driver's side would not work. Other than that it was a good experience.
Jay HI had ordered a trailer a week before pick up. Received confirmation and online check in form. We got there and no trailer. The closest one was 2 hours away, one way! Unacceptable. In the end, we rented from Citizens Lumber in Buhl (5 min from home!) and got the trailer. They were great. Thank you Citizen's Lumber!
Natalie MThis gentleman did so amazing under pressure. The Uhaul website was down and he was having connection issues. He was so sweet and got everything taken care if for us. Even hooked up our trailer. What a nice person.

Juanita HThis rental took forever...the Vehicle was marked as full and wasn't! The back wasn't even swept out. It had issues with the rpm getting stuck and Erving up to 5 and would get really loud...it was a little nerve racking!!!

rochelle sIt took me an hour to pick up the truck because every time a man came in for something the clerk would stop what he was doing for them. In addition I have damage on the bottom of my car door because he didn't know that the fenders on the auto transport came down so I could get out of the car after driving it on.
Erin BThere was no real problem with the location, but the rental process was a nightmare! Even though I filled out all the information online prior to picking up my equipment it took well over an hour to finally leave with the equipment. I did not even get to rent the car hauler I needed but had to rent the car dolly instead, this meant I had to disconnect the driveline on the vehicle I was towing. I left the rental location at 2:30pm and returned the eqipment the same day to the next closest location at 7:00pm, which I was told 3 times would be perfectly fine. Instead I was charged twice for the rental. This is absolutely ridiculous and extremely aggrevating. When I called to find out why I was charged twice I was told it was because I had the equipment out over 24 hours, which I absolutely did NOT!! I am very unhappy with this entire experience.
