After checking in I went to the vehicle as I was unlocking the door there was a homeless man in the U-Haul it was utterly disgusting and dirty I went to the counter to let them know he removed 1 pizza box but there was still a lot of things I had to remove and wipe down the vehicle myslelf it also smelled as if he was also doing drugs in the vehicle I have never been so disgusted if I didn't have an appointment at a certain time I would've never even moved forward with using the vehicle. It also seemed as if he was in that vehicle for a while based upon how dirty it was inside

These people are thieves would never rent from them again. Truck was dirty and had food bags left from previous renter. Rented U-haul before never had any issues I have been overcharged for my rental I should have been charged $85 or $100.. came back early told the guy I'm going to put gas since they are a gas station. The guy said don't worry about it I'll take care of it for you I asked for a receipt he said we already charged you you got an email there will be no more charges as soon as I get home I noticed they charged me $155 and $50 is gas. I only used a 1/8 of the tank. Who do they think they are. I'm pissed, I rented from Wayne location last year I had a truck for 2 days and paid the same price. something is very wrong here. I only had it for 5 hrs. Figures this would happen in Paterson where all the thieves are.

I was charged for two days when the guy said it didn't matter at what time we returned the truck because it goes by the mile. We returned the truck before closing time and yet were charged for an extra day.

Overall a good experience but when we arrived to retrieve the truck, the gas tank was empty. This required me to immediately put gas in the tank which delayed my trip

There is an extra charge of $15,82 on my credit card. I contracted the uhaul for $48.56, for 10 miles; my total miles to include bring the uhaul back was less than 10 miles. I will be disputing this extra charge on my credit card with my bank. They were an uneaten sandwich in the back and juice spilled.

My truck was given to someone else and I had to get a van that forced me to do more miles. I reserved a truck just to be told I can wait until the person bring it back. I even came 15 minutes before my pick up time

They are not competent of verifying who renting the equipment and verifying the renters identity isn't secure at this location my experience was awful. Bless U-Haul is a well needed service in this country.

The truck sounded like it was going to explode the moment you got it above 30, more so than normal U-Haul trucks. There was a sandwich under the passenger seat that was covered in black mold and it was clear that they never bothered to check to see if the cargo part had been cleaned out. I ended up having to clean it before I could use it. I do not recommend using this location. It did not appear as though the regular upkeep was done on the truck.

This place is the worst. When I opened up the van door I saw two used needles and in the back of van a crack pipe. How is this place open?????

The pickup location was awful. I was afraid for my life. I thought I might get mugged - there were junkies in and out while there and just hanging around the site. I would never use this location again nor would I ever recommend it.

The person who took care of me was very rude, acted like if I was bothering him, seems like he didnt wanted to help me, I had to call a Uhaul Customer service representative in order for him help me. Horrible experience, would never use or recommend this location.

You charging me $70 for gas but guess what I took a picture of the part where you can see how much gas it has before returning it . I returned the truck same day at night around 12 am and you guys called me in the evening asking if was going to keep the uhaul for long like you didn't even know that I returned it and you think I'm going to pay $73 for gas you might be kidding me and there's cameras and phones shows time and date of the pictures, I hope you guys give me my money back

uhual was not ready when i arrived, i had to come back twice to pick up the rental. the uhual was falling apart. when i arrived the second time to pickup the store was closed and i had to sit there and wait for them to open

I received the gas tank empty, the location was extremely slow, there was vandalism happening at the store, the cas was dirty, when I dropped off at 8 pm the teller told me he would process the receipt the next day and charged me for extra $30 dollars even when I told him about the gas issue. I've rented U-Haul before but my experience at this place was terrible

My experience was great, the young man at the location was very friendly and when something unexpected happened, I called U-Haul and the rep was so understanding and helpful. Thank you U-Haul keep up the great job.

Took 2 + hours to close my contract once the truck was returned, I stay until they closed the contract. 2 of the attendants gave me 3 different final prices, and at the end my card was charged 2 of the prices. Now I have to waste my time disputing it. I knew something like this was going to happen, since something as easy as closing a igual contract took 2+ hours and me being there until done.

This was the worst renting experience ever. First they changed the location of my pickup without even telling me. The truck was clearly never maintained or cleaned and the day we moved it was icy out and the tires were bald. Slid a couple of times and I definitely could've gotten into a horrible accident if the conditions were worse

I'm not happy with this location...I always rent from this spot but now I have a problem theres an adjustment that needs to be done and now no one want to help me with this how is this fair to the customer please explain I need assistance on this adjustment I have spoken to Mohammed yesterday 11/27/2021 said will speak to the manager and never got back to me I call today the guy that is there doesn't want to help me and I'm trying to call again and theres no answer please someone help me with this is not fair

My original truck reservation location and time was changed via email to a location over 30 miles from my selected location and to midnight of that day. I was charged all the extra milage. The location online said it opened at 9am on Saturday when I called at 930 to let them know I was in route I was informed my truck was given to someone else and they would have to find another location. When returning the truck Sunday I called to ask if I could return the truck to a closer location because the brakes were making noise and the check engine oil had come on I was passed around to 3 different employees and out on hold for an hour and a half. Worst rental experience I have ever had and will not recommend.

Trucks exhaust fell off. Truck was old and filthy inside. The ramp was jammed on the back so we couldn't open the ramp.

Paul took care of me as well as anther worker/owener. They treated me nice and good customer service. I do suggest they get help as they don't have enough people 2 answer the phone and take reservations.

The uhaul truck battery was dead when I arrived. They jumped it to get it started and swore that I would have no trouble. Once I loaded the truck and went to leave, the truck wouldn't turn on due to the dead battery and I had to wait an additional 2 hours to leave which made me drive at the peak of a tropical storm where I had to unload my truck in the rain due to time constraints in my new building. Your company should have done better due diligence on the truck before giving it to me.
