Cory OI filled tank back up and made sure truck was in condition I got it in when I bought it back and stayed under the mileage I submit… my drop was for 5pm that day, I returned the truck back before 3pm and drop the keys in the drop box, and the next morning I was charged with a after hours service fee… never again

CHREVEST JThe prefixes are misleading 89.cent a mile is a lot especially wen you drive 8 miles in distance and the speedometer will reflect as damn nearly double… so mayb offer some free miles in some promo
Jarmicheal WI had a few problems with the pick up. When I went to the first location, they had the trailer (unlocked) sitting on the side of the road. No other equipment, trucks or trailers were there. The door to the building was locked and no one answered the door. The link to the phone number on the reservation was to a disconnected line. Customer service was great, found me another trailer a few miles away. At some point, there was a insurance put on the trailer, and I did not order this. Is there any way to get a refund?

Dennis GReturned the rental truck at 4:55 pm and they close at 5pm. They were there but apparently trying to leave a few minutes early and told us to put the key in the lock box. We were charged an additional $20 for after hours service fee.

Meshonda DDropped the trailer an hour prior to opening. Was greeted and told to follow to park the trailer in a spot. He unhooked the trailer and lifted it off the truck for me. Great professionalism and helpfulness.

Craig RCharged me 100 extra miles. I saw the same picture that customer service saw and all managers and I literally had to spend all day and my premium gas to get it resolved and argue it when it clearly showed a wrong number on the mileage. They are full of garbage. All these companies do the same thing when they charge for mileage it's how they make their money and they count on u not noticing it. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest and sketchy. This franchise does not do good business. I can't make this stuff up.

MAGDI AYou guys should make it to where when an uhaul isn’t available you shouldn’t be able to book it online because I booked on Airline 1st and they didn’t have the uhaul.

Andrew CThe location is not inviting. I gave keys to an employee who told me he would check me in and email receipt. I returned at 4:50, before they closed at 5:00. This was over an hour earlier than my contract. I returned with over the amount of fuel I was given. Later that evening I received a bill for 65,69 for an extra day. The employee checked me in at 7:44pm and charged me for an extra gallon of fuel. This is fraudulent. I was concerned with the location so thankfully I took a photo of the truck returned in front of the business which clearly shows the time. This location should be investigated

Keondrane LWhen I showed up the location was closed with a sign on the door with two phone numbers. I tried calling both numbers and one picked up once and hung up without saying anything. When calling back I got no answer. Eventually someone showed up and called whoever was actually supposed to be there. They were apologetic and helpful after but this set me back a lot and left a bad taste in my mouth. The truck itself was fine but seemed like it needed some maintenance. The tire pressure monitoring system warning light was on.

Reginald DUpon receiving uhaul, "service tire monitor system" showed up. Picked up uhaul with 1/4 tank of gas. Luckily I was not traveling far, but I still was very cautious of the truck. First time I have ever gotten a uhaul that didn't have a full tank of gas and a service light on.
Austin KTrash in the door pockets. Fuel was well-below 7/8 and your records showed 15/16. People were very pleasant! However, the smartphone pickup was an absolute study in frustration. My first reservation was not ready. When I went to the I-Haul app, it showed another location. Drove there. No van. Drove back. The man in the Valero/Oil Company on Highland was rude and unhelpful. As I had lost 3 hours I cancelled that reservation and tried again on Wednesday. After struggling with the smartphone app I contacted CS. Took 75 minutes to pick up the truck!

karen hThe app on the phone is terrible. It would not pick up my location at the pickup site. Then when it finally went through the app did not give us a code to unlock the box to get the key, requiring us to call. Finally when we did get to unlock the box, it was the wrong key to the vehicle. Our pickup lasted over a hour to get everything sorted out.

Emily MIt took 40 minutes to do the requirements. That could all be done on the initial reservation. Your customer service was great. They didn't have the hand truck. I called and was sent to the main U-Haul a few miles away. Went there, they had none to rent to us. And, I was charged mileage for the drive to NOT get a dolly. The truck itself felt like it was going to fall apart. The Handel for the window drivers side would not stay on. It was a trick to roll the window up or down. Luckily there was a nice man who worked there and he handled the turn in process.
