I returned the trailer after hours. The app (on android) didn't allow me to take pictures of the trailer. Clicking on the + button to take an image did nothing, repeatedly. Otherwise the app did great.

Karen BOverall the service was friendly and she made getting the UHaul quick and easy. The one thing that was not good is that the tire was bald and showing the belt. I didn't think of it at the time when we were looking at the overall shape of the trailer before accepting it, but I certainly wish she or we had thought to look over the tires. The other thing was there were leaves and other debris inside.

Ed PI rent equipment monthly if not more often and I appreciate the people here much more than the main location, there is less wait and the people here are much nicer and doesn't make you feel hurried. I plan on using this location as long as they rent the equipment

However, having been now a customer, now four times at this very same location, I would say that alone should speak volumes of my satisfaction for service, equipment rented, and the professionalism of the office staff. Phillip SThis location was very good. Friendly service, included extras in a lock if needed and a free dolly. I know it was right at opening time for my scheduled pick-up. The vehicle "was buried" in the back lot, so it added about 10minutes to getting out of there on top of the paperwork (which was having some issues, but that was the main Uhaul system, not them), I was on a bit of a tight schedule that morning so that was my only slight negative I need to mention. Don't want to give any rnegatives to this location, it was the friendliest and most helpful uhaul I've every dealt with. This place should be a model for others.

Randy PThis location was amazing to deal with. We tried to rent a trailer from the other location 30 minutes prior to closing and they refused to rent us one. Luckily they had one at this location and the staff was much more pleasant to deal with. We will always use this uhaul location and never the one across town.

Rick HWhile the truck ran OK, the truck had nearly 190k miles and drove horribly on the highway with constant tire vibrations and wind noise from a driver door that doesn't seal. The customer service at the pickup location (Clark Fork Storage) was top notch though.
