truck leaked on my boxes and furniture, but they refunded some of my money, they were very nice to talk to.

I ordered a dozen furniture covers which I did not receive. the truck itself was kind of crappy. You had to slam the door or the door open sensor would go off. The milage gets you hard. My bill ended up being over $100 and i stayed in the county only took 2 trips with it.

It was too expensive. Not only do you guys charge per mile (which should include fuel cost) but you make us fill the tank too. $122 to rent a little truck plus $30 in fuel so I spent $152 to rent a van for a few hours. Fuel should be included in that cost per mile.

I reserved a truck thru the uhaul 800 number for Sunday. I only needed a small 10 to 12 foot truck to hall some furniture in. I was told it would be available at 11:30am. When I arrived at Clarkston Storage the truck had not been returned as of yet. The fast acting crew called whomever had the vehicle to see if the customer was just running late. The customer thought they could bring it back anytime that day. There were no other trucks in the size I requested. Again the fast acting crew located another truck, although much larger, for me to use. The larger truck made it so easy to load and it was comp'd at the same low price as the smaller rental. Great job everyone and thank you for the awesome 5 star customer service!

Couple disappointments, the blower fan works off and on. Thankfully it was not a very hot day. Also. On a 17 foot truck it too 14 1/2 gallons of gas for only 90 miles driven. I think the truck could use a tune up or retiring.

I was told on the phone there would be a dolly included, which there was not. This was an inconvenience that resulted in a lot more manual labor.

This location made a bad situation better. If you asked me the same questions about uhaul central reservations everything would have been poor and I would not recommend reserving a truck/van with anyone other than the location themselves.

Experience with Clarkston budget storage went as expected. Rates were reasonable, and moving in and out was hassle free. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
